Haven't had the pleasure of eating at any of the other recommended restaurants in this video except one, but I've been to many others both here and when I lived in SoCal. The one I have been to several times out here is El Dorado. I highly recommend two dishes: 1. their queso fundido, absolutely the best I've ever had anywhere, and 2. their chicken mole enchiladas. A bit spicier than your going mole, but incredible flavors.
This list should be longer! There are many good mexican restaurants throughout Las Vegas valley. Viva Zapatas is one of my favorite along with Lindo Michoacán, they have handmade tortillas and the salsa is the unique.
American Mexican style vs. Authentic is the tough part. Also I don't do a ton of Strip, or hipster costly places. Lindo Michoacan is supposed to be really good.
Thank you! Great video, we live where there is authentic Mexican food, so we are spoiled. But we love Border Grill, will try the local spots on our next trip in 29 days!
Yes! Glad La Mojarra is on your list. My wife and I love going there and we think it's the best Mexican restaurant we've been to in Las Vegas. I'll have to try the other ones your list.
I just tried a 6 month old restaurant on jones and charelston and I'd love to hear your take after you try it. The wife and I loved it. Los Dos Amigos Mexican Grill. Great service too. I just posted a couple videos
I've been watching your videos on my TV with my girlfriend's account for 1 week, and I've seen a good twenty see a lot more. It's good content to better plan your stay in Vegas (I'm going there in September). We understand very well what you are saying, although I do not understand English very well (I speak French and I am from French Polynesia). Your opinion on each place or food is very well said without being too negative, because you do very well the part of things between tastes and price. We appreciate your videos, and you deserve more subscribers. I hope you will continue your videos for a long time, and on other cities or countries will be even more awesome. Take care 😀
The food oooh my lord looked so good you have some of the best choices of food in Vegas. Makes me so jealous. Keep up the good work loving the video. Makes me miss Vegas so much.
If you could eat with just your eyes that last spot El Dorado Cantina looked amazing and is 1st on my must try next list. Great video. I needed a few more choices than Rebertos and now I have them.
Awesome content as always! My wife & I are always wanting to eat at other Mexican restaurants in LV away from the strip. We will definitely check out the ones in this video.
Wow, that’s very cool. Nice review and non Mexican chefs cracked me up. Tamales are my favorite. So many Mexican restaurants now. I remember back in the early 1990s, you couldn’t find Mexican food. Caesar’s had a terrible overpriced place. Lol.
Love your choices, food looks fantastic, couple things, you added prices on a few items, how much was table side guac? Last thing $75 for Patron flight, ouch !! Years ago, before Patron left Siete Leguas it was a decent Tequila, not anymore..... Great Job!!
A lot of those look really good. I have only been to Border Grill among them. Mostly because I love Chapala on East Tropicana. Tourist me has been eating there or the (now closed) location on Decatur since 1979. A few years ago I was going out with local friends and asked them to take me to their favorite Mexican restaurant. Was really surprised when they pulled up at Chapala. I'll give one of yours a try sometime. Thanks.
I love Mexican food....but I also consider Mexican food to be on the cheaper end of the spectrum.....$20 plate of Enchiladas at Lindo, and you would not be full. $32 plate of enchiladas would be hard to stomach. But they all looked good. I like the Bonito mexican place on Decator around the corner from The Orleans....and they pretty reasonable.
We have been to la Mojarra even before it was La Mojarra and it was good, very popular place to eat, also Lindo Michoacan is good but like you said, it would be nice if they would give you 3 echiladas instead of 2, its just overpriced in my opinion. Looking forward El dorado heard it was really good!
Places look 🔥... Def on my list when I head to Vegas next month... Off the subject, any places to watch the Davis vs Garcia April 22nd for free or a small fee? Hotels or bars?
