Love caldo de res rojo!!! Instead of epazote or cilantro we do 2 leaves of yerba santa… and some boiled plaintain on the side for that spice, salty and sweet taste

Absolutely fire! Your recipes are always on point, no video can do justice for the flavor in person. That dark red broth got me feeling some type of way! Please make this with a whole catfish! My suegra makes it for us when I catch them... So delicious!

I know everybody cooks different, y personally like my caldo all clean ,yo cuelo el caldo para que quede limpio ,like you could clean with a napkin all that black stuff that is the blood that sticks to the top of the pot to remove all that nasty stuff. It looks delicious don't get me wrong 🙏🏻
Maybe a island in the middle of your kitchen would help so you don’t have to carry the plates on your hands and make it easier to taste. Just a idea. Looks bomb!!!
Where i stay it’s getting super cold my husband is working out of town and coming back Thursday i will be surprising him with this caldo de res he loves it but im making a little change to it im pretty sure he will love it!
