Is there a mod to make more bases. I feel 3 isn't enough

Yes. It's called Progressive Bases on NexusMods. You're able to download whichever version you want, and they give you more bases every 1 level, 2 levels, etc. instead of at level 10 and 15 palboxes. :)

I keep getting an UE-Pal error message and immediate game crash when I try to open Palworld after installing Less Restrictive building and the only way to fix it every time is verifying the files and reinstalling the game. I’m on steam and I’ve followed your instructions step by step from your tutorial video and any other mod I download works perfect. No issues whatsoever. It’s only LRB that won’t work. I’ve even tried installing only LRB by itself first before anything else in case it was a conflict with another mod and it still doesn’t work. Any possible idea what’s causing this?

My best guess is finding the mods.txt file in the Win64\Mods folder. You'll need to add "LessRestrictiveBuilding: 1" to that file in the same manner as the other lines appear in the file. MOST lines will have a space before and after the ":" but LRB does not - it only has one after.

@@-WittyI could’ve sworn I did that multiple times, but I’ll try again when I get home tonight and report back if it worked or not!

@@-Witty I figured it out! For some reason one of the other mods kept copying the "x_input1_3.dll" file into the Mods folder and having it in while running UE4SS 3.0.1 causes the game to crash. Once I deleted that and retried following your steps everything started working! I just have to be careful and check that any other mods I install don't add that file in. Thank you for helping though!
