Great to introduce this MZW brand. I ordered my steering wheel this week with a Heusinkveld Sprint pedal kit, it's new for them and I can't wait to have it. Sorry for the mistakes I am French and I made a Google translation.

I thank you for this review... MZW has some nice add-ons for the ClubSport Universal Hub too. So that new Fanatec GT3 rim that they only made 100 of and requires the Podium Module Endurance isn't quite so unique. I keep thinking about getting the SIMPUSH wheel off of eBay, but I think this with the upgraded paddles for the Advanced Paddle Module on the universal hub might be the way to go for me. (I don't have a Podium Module Endurance.)

Love the video, made me buy the rim! What screws did you need to use? The standard counter sunk fanatec ones or did you need flatheads?

I got myself the BMW Steel steering wheel and the paddle kit. I can only confirm that the quality is great. Who is looking for an alternative to the normal Fanatec steering wheel attachments, which is here at the right place.

How is the quality of the handels? Can you use it whitout gloves? I have the fanatec with alcantara wich I don't like.

@@sjoukjesjoukje First of all, the grips are covered with Alcantara. Therefore, I use Hanschuhe, vorallem because of the sweat. And the steering wheel feels great in the hand. It has now become my main steering wheel. In the depth it is about 43mm in width about 27mm. I hope I could help you a little.

Are you still using this wheel? What do you think of the button placement? Seems like you need to take your hand off to reach the buttons and encoders.

Not as good as the formula v2.5 for button placement but overall good enough

@AeroVeloce I'm still debating one of these custom podium build or the mclaren gt3. The gt3 has great ergonomics and button placement but those cheap materials make it seem like a toy.

Does amd 5950x bottle neck with RTX 4090, some say it can’t utilise it fully? I have amd 5950x ans have ordered the rtx 4090, should I upgrade the processor 7950x?

It does bottleneck a bit depending on the sim. I would look at the benchmarking videos I did for simracing and see what your needs are to determine if it’s worth it.

I don’t believe any of it is 3D printed. MZW has pictures of the McLaren wheel design with no fabric on the handles and it does not seem to be so. Anyways, the grips are solid and don’t creak. I can’t say that about my Fanatec F1 wheel unfortunately. I use a cube controls CSX3 as my daily driver wheel. No need to shill, I just genuinely like the product. 🤷‍♂️
