I've got two of these. As much as I like them, the one I've had for a couple years, it seems the "tarp" portion has shrunk and it's VERY hard to close now. Which is is not ideal as I like to ride my bike 4-5 times per week to work. Currently looking for a new solution, but not finding much in a decent price range :-/

You might have some luck getting a custom tarp replacement? To try and extend the life of the one I have, I have started covering it with an inexpensive tarp to keep the sun and elements off of the material of the cover itself. I do know there are some custom tarp places (think big rig custom tarp companies) which might be able to fashion you a solution?
