I feel so validated. First time buying an expensive lightweight mouse and went for the lamzu thorn x fnatic that had the dongle included for 108€. Glad to know it's great for a palm grip user like me despite the size and it being so highly rated. Still, it's currently out of stock so I wouldn't actually know if it's good until later probably a month later.
Yep, feels great. Was gonna get a super light like all the plebs but after trying one the mushy/spongy side mouse buttons just sucked. Thank god I got the Thorn, so comfortable as it's an ergo, plus it's lightweight, and has very tactile buttons and clicks.
Which one do you like more/do you think the premium price on the pro is worth over the wired (also how’s the coating on both heard that the pro coating isn’t that good) I have gigantic hands and a palm grip
@@poppy69420 Pro is 100% worth it, I have it and the cable is nowhere near as good as something like a Pulsar cable. It's stiff enough that I don't want to game with it at all.
@@poppy69420 I have the dav3 pro in white, and have tried the wired version before, the difference in coating is very noticeable, the wired is smooth but almost rubber like in feel (idk how else to describe it lol) which really helps in getting a good grip when playing, whereas the normal dav3 pro is like chalky which imo feels nice but doesn’t allow you to have a tight grip on the mouse, especially if your hands sweat and that kind of thing. If I’m not wrong tho, the faker edition of the dav3 pro has the wired coating so that’s an option if you prefer wireless mice. If you don’t really mind wired tho then I would say go with the wired version and save yourself some money
I found Sora to be an extremely great mouse for its shape and weight. Unfortunately the unit I got has inconsistencies between the left and right click (the left has more noticeable pre travel than the right click.) the response I received from Sora isn’t very satisfactory. Hopefully this is just my personal one-off experience with Sora.
I was disappointed by my Ninjutso Sora 1K. All of the clicks have too much post travel, and don't feel tactile enough to inspire confidence in my hand. I really like the shape though. Hope they nailed down the 4K model.
I'll look out for the full review then. My OG sora has been relegated to second PC duties. Wish I had this shape though for actual gaming. @@DiamondLobbyReviews
Coming from the G500 era, I'm a sucker for a good thumb rest, been a basilisk fan since upgrading and it's okay enough, not quite as good IMO but maybe jumping to the v3 pro will help (using the ultimate currently). As always, thank you for your honest feedback AND awesome sense of humor.
I love your videos in way best described as a mix of romantic and sinister. Great production values, better than the majority of big budget corporations.
Bros funny as hell. Subscribed just for your humor. Also you helped me out a good amount in learning about the ridiculous world of mice. I’m 29 an just ordered my first ever laptop/pc ever and it will be here on Halloween. Never owned one. And after extensive research on laptops, I’m discovering I now need to do extensive research on mice… and keyboards… and cooling pads… what’s happening? Someone make it stop.
Surprising that you chose the Steelseries mice instead of the Glorious model I 2. That thing has decent button placement and pretty lightweight for a MOBA mice. Otherwise, helpful list. Might try to get myself into this more.
I actually think there are a good amount of options for big handed gamers. The Deathadder V3 Pro, Zowie EC1, and Glorious Model D (all of them) are good options that are slightly bigger than the G4/703 with no noticeable differences in performance.
Logi G604 is the best for the work for me: - a ton of buttons to bind (G-shift actually doubles their number) - no wires and fancy-pancy rgb that drains the battery - battery life - 2-3 months (depending on the type of battery you installed) - infinite scroll and side clicks with wheel - connection via dongle and BT - seemless change between 2 computers - ablity to store and sycn all your profiles via G-hub In fact the only one disadvantage is G-hub, but lately it seems to be glitching less...
For the budget variant/choice - I'd like to give a shoutout to the HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 wired. Got it for cheap + really love the build and the performance :D
DiamondLobby would hate me. I play League, have small hands, and use a claw grip style. Pulsar X2 Mini and Lamzu Atlantis Mini are my go-to. The X2 Mini has a less aggressive shape, but I prefer the coating and click implementation of the Atlantis.
I have the 2 complete opposing mice the Logitech Pro Superlight and the Corsair Dark Core Pro. Both feature wireless charging surprisingly but, I did splurge on both, so maybe it shouldn't be surprising. I just want something light, clicky, fast, that's wireless, and doesn't have dumb micro usb.
I do agree the Lamzu thorn is one if not the general top tier mouse available. kudos for the choice of the GPX 2 with the hero 2 sensor but with a bit creepy hybrid switches. Strange no razer is mentioned, except the "workstation" one, that means the basilisk v3 pro, with their focus pro sensors and fantastic optical switches (DAV3pro, viper 2 pro, viper signature edition, and even the less than consensual cobra pro - still their internals are the best in the market and itself also feel pretty great on hand). Cheers to see the atlantis mini pro (maybe the 4k, who cares, they perform the same with the polling dongle) in the small best mice out there; it's a beast of a mouse in a small package. No love for Endgame Gear, don't understand why, but it's your choice - I'm glad to see a lot of less "corporative" mice making high places on the list, and they do deserve it (not mentioned by me on text, the vaxee zygen, sora...). I think I did not see any relevant considerations to zowies, and I have to congratulate you on that, because many of reviewers stating zowies as still the best should be part of a cult, as the mice are old, in ergo, tech but they charge as if they were the only ones available on the world. I may not agree with everything, but it's your video and I must say it's imo a pretty darn good one (still real gaming razers are missing...). Cheers.
U got a link for that lamzu thorn mouse ur talking about? Im trying to find a good mouse bc im saving up for a PC currently. I play Moba's, RTS, MMORPG games, and a few FPS like Overwatch and The Finals that just came out
Just waiting for my fnatic x lamzu thorn here.. so excited for it! im also using the attack shark x3 for 2 months now and all i can say is its a fantastic mouse over all
No logi g600 recommend for mmos or rpgs or dota or softwares? :p still the best button overload mouse. Appreciate your channel a lot. Love and blessings!
I have small hands and I’ve never been able to use anything besides any variation of the DeathAdder. Been using it since the DeathAdder 2013. I’ve tried so many mice and always go back to the death adder. Curing running the V3 Pro.
The Atlantis mini has been the best fingertip grip mouse I've used. The sides are chapped in such a way that even without grip tape I naturally retain a confident grip of the mouse with my third finger. It's a small thing that makes the whole experience more accurate to my intentions.
The g403 feels good to my hand and I have it the rubber on the left side is having a whole that I can touch the plastic part. Is there any mouse you can recommend that is wireless with the same feel? I don’t care much of the weight as I can adapt it quite easily
I think only good option is deathadder v3 pro on wireless options, if you are okay with a bit smaller one than maybe lamzu thorn can be good alternative, as u say u can adapt maybe u can look for g pro superlight 2 (I'm not a big fan of it but so many people likes it and it should be something if that many people uses it)
@@hakankederoglu1616 okay thank you I’m more concern on the hold and feel than the weight I used heavy and light mice I can do both unlike other people where weight really matters. I realized the deathadder and viper are 2 different mice I thought the former was the latest release.
As 9 year 502 user that has used the basilisk v3 the past few months I can say I am 100% purely staying with the basilisk just because I can longer stand the garbage that is logitech GHUB also the colors look nice :p
I work in a data center. Small hands as well. At work I mix it up between the G502x and the Xlite V2. At home I just play Rust or SF6 with my snackbox. Gaming mice gets mixed between x2, x2 mini, x2h mini, and xlite v2. I like ergo mouses more, but with how hard I end up gripping, the x2 or x2 mini tend to give me more control. Tried the G pro x and cant stand the feel of the mouse. Same with the Glorious model O. Just not my cup of tea. Cant wait for the Xlite v3 though! Also, might have to pickup the thorn. I have too many mice already though, nonsense right.
Really weird to promote the g403/g703 im 2023, with their being so many better big hand gaming mice. Ec1-c/cw, DAV3, Glorious model D 2 pro or even the OG D wireless, viper v2 pro, ROG harpe ace.
The Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 is a great mouse for many people, but for me I'm not into it. I do a lot of MC and games that require fast clicking, so I will not get this. However, if fast cps isn't a priority for you, I would highly recommend you get this!
if you're looking for a big mouse with a good mousescroll wheel.... do not buy the razor deathadder, the click function on that thing breaks down in under 15 minutes of excessive usage, so no dyson sphere programm with the deathadder.
While I like your approach but you are way off course witht he MOBA recomendation. What they need is a superlight finger grip mouse with absolutely crisp main buttons that rebounce immediately but don't have a pesky roadblock stop when pressed midway through.
question, i have dav3 with stock feet and just bought superglides 2, my main pad is a spc cordura and i find it hard to stop crosshair no matter the sens...i tried a corsair mm300 and its just too slow and muddy (find it hard to flick and mouse feels heavier), thanks
As a WoW player, I main a Basilisk V3 Pro but I also have a G703, which I would use for WoW except I need the extra buttons :( the Deathadder V2 X is the closest thing I can find but its buttons/topshell feel like utter crap.
if i could make a mouse it would have from left to right: 3 thumb buttons like the g502 or basilisk V3 with thumb rest 3 left pointer buttons like the G604 behind wheel DPI and scroll unlock as well as scroll tilt a button between the right click and ring finger(small button) ring finger button like the EVGA X15 and possibly a pinky button with a pinky rest ergonomics over weight saving as i am not a cracked fps gamer i rather run higher DPI and use my full grip rather than some flick of the wrist shenanigans across the table all buttons where your fingers rest naturally all spread over the mouse. so you would have 3 thumb 3 pointer finger 2 long finger 1 ring finger and possibly 1 pinky button
Well i disagree with the moba mouse. The most importent feature are light easy spammable m1&m2 buttons and there for exampe the superlight 2 is really shit.
Yeah...but what about left handed chads? We always get left out Every time I watch these "top gaming mice" videos and see all these cool things, I get sad. I desperately need a new mouse. I want a good, modern, wireless mouse. I Also need 1 DPI switch button at the top (which I will reprogram into an ESC button), but no pesky buttons on the left side of the mouse which I can't use since as a left handed person, I need them on the right side.
Where are the wired mice options? I hate having my battery die mid-game. Would rather just buy a wired mouse and assure that it will never die on me. Not to mention wired mice has a theoretically longer life since there is no battery that can "die" inside of it to force me to buy a new mouse 5 years later. Can you make a video showcasing wired mice?
while still not trusting Lamzu because of "china mouse" I watched carefully when many reviewers had their hands on the Thorn. Since I own the Outset AX and see similarities, this mouse really looked like a banger. Will see how it holds up after 6 months
I do a lot of image editing and what drives me crazy is mouse every single one it was not precise enough it feels like moving it on stairs or something but at last i fine one so i must be careful on that one 😂
Razer basilisk is my favorite mouse for anything outside of fps games, Aerox 5 looks too gimmicky. I wish lamzu would stick a thumb button and the same 3 button scroll wheel implementation the basilisk has on the Thorn.
Glorious Model D. Avoid at all costs. You can make it work but it'll cost you your nerves and you might have to send it back a couple times. Stay away from Glorious. They should do a rebrand because the name doesn't fit.
I would say its great now that there alot of other brands that is way better than Logitech and razers even the china brands one. But somehow my palm always landed on the new logitech gpx sp 2 and razer DA v3 pro.
