You are so right! Niche brands aren’t interested in popularity contests! I love niche fragrances and appreciate so much the hard work & artistry that goes into creating them! I think it’s great you took the time to make mention of this!!! ❤
Loved your take on the difference between designer and niche fragrances! For years I thought I had lost interest in fragrances - everything in department stores and airport duty-frees bored me and seemed generic to death. However, since I first heard about the opportunity of ordering discovery sets from niche houses, I've rediscovered my passion for fragrances! They can be hit and miss, so I would never recommend blind-buying, but at least now I've rediscovered the joy of choosing a day and evening fragrance and the joy of putting some fragrances on my wish list. :)
Yes! I was hoping you'd get to Cherry Punk, one day! I first smelled it at Villa 515 in Dubai, last year, and I was instantly hooked! It truly is girl glam, Rock and roll in a bottle!
I'm going to blind buy the travel sizes of kayali😄 i need to see what it's all about! For me, niche is more special and interesting and more times than not, have incredibly long wear and sillage. I do love designer, as well. But for me, niche just takes my breath away and stops me in my tracks. That's why when a designer fragrance is soooo good, people say "so good it could be niche". Haha that’s true! That’s a great way to put it. Most of the time designer fragrances are play it safe/crowd pleasers which can be beautiful but usually not as unique as niche! :) xx
I have really fallen in love with niche perfumes since they are able to go outside the box more than designer and I love the inspiration stories as well! Dear Polly has a good one and I can really pick out the details from that story while smelling it. Also, being a woman and disliking florals and more traditional 'perfumey' scents leaves me with not many options outside of niche.

Do you mean the candle?! I was not immediately impressed, I couldn’t believe people were selling it for $100 on EBay! It’s definitely not worth that price BUT the buttery, baked goods smell is so addicting! Xx

Generally speaking, once you go down the niche rabbit hole, there is no going back. I was never into frags all that much, not until I discovered what much was all about. That’s when my fragrance obsession/ journey began 😅
I would love if you would do a video about your go to everyday lipsticks! I love fragrance and am interested in makeup but have no clue where to start past basic eye makeup. Maybe a list about your favorite nudes. You have mentioned you keep several in your purse to choose from.
I'm so intrigued by the Overose Eau de Parfum's! The bottles are beautiful and some of the fragrances sound absolutely stunning, I just wish I could smell them in person!
Girl it was the same for me woth the new kayali i liked it but there were 1 note i hated onmy fragrances i stilldnt know which one is it bjt i hate it....... but at the same time i love the scent too i was about to return it but i kept it to play with it

Just recently decided to get another fragrance, been wearing Jo Malone fragrance for last 4 years.. .. & finally walking through Neiman Marcus & asked my SA .. what is that stunning scent .. she’s like Baccarat Rouge . Lovely video, got me even more excited for Vanilla Royale *im holding out for the sephora fragrance promo* Id love to know your opinion on Guerlains' Shalimar. my husband suprised me with a small bottle because it was on sale recently and he thought the notes read interesting, and i have to say, i absolutely fell in love!!!! The drydown is intoxicating, i cant get enough, its hard to imagine this fragrance is older than me! The initial spray is a pinch overwhelming, but it quickly becomes very intriguing, all the way to that delicious drydown. As soon as i realized how much i enjoyed it, i immediately went looking to see if you had ever mentioned it, and i didnt find anything lol whenever i think of fragrance, i think of you! Thank you for sharing yourself and your opinions ♥
Love your reviews really need to try the India inspired perfume you made it sound like something I would LOVE! Also really loved learning that you hate surprises. I hate them too but I think for me it has to do with me controlling everything and being disappointed one too many times by gifts

I bought a fountain pen ink advent calendar in September (my second year getting it so I knew no matter what I would be getting it because it was so fun last year). I hunted every week to see if someone had finally got their preorder and posted swatches online. Looking at the spoilers after they finally posted helped me to be able to wait until Dec. 1 to open mine when it got here. I also get various subscription boxes and I'm constantly hunting for spoilers while waiting for mine to arrive. Seeing the spoiler increases my excitement instead of decreasing it.
@@dannisprinkles9243 yes! Last year I used one dedicated pen that I would draw up just the tiniest bit of each days’ ink and write with for the day. But then I was having to clean my pen daily. This year I’m going to use a different pen each day until I run out of available pens, so I don’t have to clean as frequently.
