Great video TTB!! I also picked up the BullShark. Really loving the versatility in all the layouts. Thank you for the wonderful videos. Please keep up the great work with your "German Mech Engineering.
0:50 you already making me laugh with the 10-ton joke. Crushed is crushed lmfao anyway! Cheers from Texas. I've been using your AWS-8V build that you recently posted. and HOLY COW! my numbers have changed post battle
*Grin* That was fun! I need to go back to watch the vids from the birth of the Chadoken for the hilarity, but this does seem like a nice rebirth of the concept. 😁
Oh hey its my favorite mech in HBS's Battletech game. Loved how versatile with the possible weapon sets the non-mortar one could be. The default load out sucks due to a critical lack of heatsinks it had in said game but you could turn it into anything. Double AC-10 and Double AC-5 with quad MLs and armor enough to make anything short of Atlas cry was my favorite brawler. But primarily energy builds and missile boats worked as well. Is it just as versatile in MWO?
God DAYUMIT TTB!!!....Stop making me wanna spend $$$ Cuz this mech is actually very VERY nice!! 6:12 is a lesson for anyone playing this game....NEVER stand perfectly still, even if you are zooming in on someone, keep some kind of movement going...that was BRUTAL!!!
I need the Jaws movie poster picture for this big boy! lD Some innocent little pretty mech swimming along peacefully in the waters while this thing rises up from the depths of water to consume them whole.. I'd vote for a medium clanner mech or maybe for a phoenix hawk. Ah, if only I had money for this thing these days. XD
it's funny to me how people call an IS XL Assault mech "OP", your confidence piloting hinges on whether or not someone can obliterate one of your gigantic side torsos. The mere concept of XL checking a mech is lost to some of these allegedly regular players. btw this thing is pretty and awesome. It having quirks out the butt is canon too since this is like a super late clantech design that the manufacturer sold to literally everybody on all sides.
A lot of people don't know how hard Clan tech can hit. Also most people never go up against actual tryhard compie builds. But that's a good thing - another couple hundred videos to make! :)
@@TTBprime I think its mostly the tier 6 players that think that way. The ones who try this build, stand in the open ( preferably 400 meter away from the team) and get killed by 2 mediums/lights working together.
I haven't played in a year or two, crazy to see all the stuff that's been added since. did they break the faffy chadouken? that was the only mech I played religiously :( I guess i have to buy the new one if I get back into the game $$
The reason it's able to alpha twice isn't its quarks. It's the cauldron bias towards IS. The only reason the Chadduken got nerfed was because it happened before the cauldron was formed.
It’s ok for the new mech because they are trying to sell it. After a while they will nerf it. Same with the Warthog. Bye, bye. Then when that slows down, they nerf. Keeps people buying the newer mechs. Though the Faf got severely over nerfed. They need to adjust the hit boxes again, and improve the heat limit. If they scaled assults like Light mechs the Bullshark would have 3 AC 20’s, 6 snubs, jump jets and got 64kph. PGI knows it, they just don’t care. If the mech sells and lots of people use it, they will treat it special.
One of my favorite mechs. It can fit anything you desire. Amazing slot distribution and variety. Looks like a robot too. A hybrid of a nightstar and something WIDE. Honestly only problem is width. Huge killbox. But otherwise it is amazing in every game
Im pretty much broke so i cant afford a hero mech saddly. My 2 fav mechs are the timberwolf and the marauder II i currently run the MadII S6 should i replace the gause for an ac20 for my balistic slot cause so far i cant seem to land any kills even with my 2 er ppc, 1 gause and 2 med er piewpiews...
I built this exact same shark the second the servers went back online and would not run it until you put the video of you running it up. This is so DIRTY
Man I hate these designs. Big point damage is just less fun and interesting than the sluggy crit hunting matches a Mechwarrior systems hould try to provide.
In a point in the game where it's dominated by fast mechs with AP/Mags, assaults with long range and/or builds for Frozen City/Alpine/Tourmaline/Rubellite, no it's not. Overdue for a proper brawler other than PTW Warlord.
@@Aquagenesis clearly you don't know the game haha 70 point alpha is crazy especially of you can fire it 3 times. You shouldn't be getting obliterated by someone sniping if you know how to position. But a bullshark like this in capable hands is devastating as shown. No mech can out trade it. Its p2w simple.
@@ryanfurey5465 I never said the Warlord was OP but go off. "you shouldn't be getting eliminated by someone sniping if you know how to position" when 2/3 the map pool is made for long range engagement with no place to place cover for an assault to move up to get within brawl range. "No mech can out trade it" and that's why it's limited to XL to run this. Corsair 7R isn't limited to this and that's a 80 alpha for brawling with a Standard engine no JJ, and loses literal half of its firepower if halved on the right side. Oh and you can get 3 pulls on it. 70 Pinpoint but forced to XL to run a brawler. 173 damage total on either ST and it's dead. Meanwhile let's use aforementioned Warlord as an example and 186 damage AND ITS STILL WALKING with 40 PPFLD. Argue with yourself on it. If you can't brawl with an XL mech just say so.
