Happy Friday Tatyana!! 🌺 First, your blouse is so pretty, it looks great on you! WooHoo.....LEMON!! 🍋YAY for LEMON desserts!!🍋 I happen to LOVE anything with lemon in it. I am especially liking this "no-bake" cheesecake recipe, it's been sooo HOT here. Any recipe that doesn't need me to turn my oven on is a must make recipe. I am going to make this recipe for Tuesday's get-together. As always, I was told to bring dessert and I will happily show this cheesecake off. I prefer no bake cheesecake, to be honest. For my base I usually use digestive biscuits but have recently changed this to wholemeal. My most recent attempt involved limes and a raspberry glaze- very well received 😃

Boy, did it! I used half and half instead of 2% milk, added about 3/4 cup of canned lemon pie filling, then covered the top with a thin layer of pie filling and then dusted the top with the graham cracker crumbs that came with the mix.
