They are allowed to use resized versions of bigger cars, but they wont join next year because otherwise they would ve been testing a car for at least 6 months already. And that hasnt happened.

Hello everyone, this year I want to go see the rally for the first time in my life, and I will only be able to do it on one date, which one would you recommend me to go to, the idea is to take good photos of jumps and things like that and neither spend so much on hotels, thank you!
