I love that mermaid shadow! When I play with cool tones, it looks off on my skin tone. But- I wisp this shade over any edges of the look, and it always adds that touch of warmth I need.

Starfish was my first purchase from Chantecaille recently, and I also love it. They have a Hematite shade that I'm coveting. Love one and done shadows and have only kept the smallest of my palettes. 😊

Feeling the love today 👏 I love Chantecaille’s Starfish! Such a dynamic shade 🥰 Woah I need to try that mascara! Unrelated~ I noticed your Rephr link and like to inform people that natural hair brushes (Brands like Wayne Goss, Rephr, Chikuhodo, Sonia G, etc. even some Mario is Natural mixed into synthetic) are *not cruelty free*. The vague stuff the companies say about it is misleading obfuscation, imo. The goat hair, squirrel hair, etc. are all products of the meat and fur industry, especially from under-regulated Chinese sources. I’m not telling people what to use or not use, it is not for me to judge. I only want consumers to a be informed because the companies skirt the issue.

Look at you! Lovely look. I appreciate how your choices for your cheeks always makes the most of your facial structure. And, yes, I understand your love of chantecaille, I love the colors and finishes, but can’t use them. With this eyeshadow, it has castor oil, bismuth, talc, cones, etc., so an absolute no-go. Since you’re an EP chai level, and I’m latte, can you think of a potential eyeshadow that’s lighter than this which can act as a one & done? I have an eyeshadow that when buffed out, does a similar thing in the crease, but it’s a loose mineral. It’s lily lolo’s chocolate fudge cake. Thanks for sharing. 🖤🤎🧡🤎🖤

Love the one a done idea especially for me because no matter how much I try I have not had a successful more than one color eyeshadow application yet. I always end up making a muddy mess lol. That shadow is a little pricey for me but I love Danessa Myricks colorfix matte it’s a great one and done and add a little clear glaze it’s perfect for a beginner like me. Btw your makeup looks great as usual

This is a beautiful eye look. It’s just one shadow, so it’s not too bad price wise because when you use it that’s your whole look. I’d have to wear an eye primer with it to give it its best chance. I’m a bit on the fence. Overall though, just a gorgeous look for anywhere! 💚💚💚

In my opinion, it does need to be set down because it is such a moisturizing formula. It is very dewy on my skin, but that could also be because of the way I prep my skin. I think a little powder in the tzone is enough, but with the really hot weather lately, I find myself needing to set my whole face.

My Chinese medicine doc always encourages liver/kidney support when the undereyes get darker. Because you have been dealing with some allergies, the histamine levels are higher in your body. Which means the liver is working a bit overtime processing everything. ❤️
