ORS has all the staples, the replenishing conditioner and the hair mayonnaise are the bomb. RU-vid has made me buy and wanting to buy new products from multiple other brands but ORS remains undefeated. Simple products that just work!!
That hair mayo is a staple for relaxed and natural. It's one of the only products I have used consistently in my hair since I was old enough to really do my own hair
I honestly swear by their products. When i was relaxed that was all I used and my hair looked the best then. Even now that a I'm natural I was buying all these bragged about natural hair brand products that weren't giving what I needed them to give lol. I switched back to the ors shampoo and conditioner and my hair is happier.

I recently went back relaxed and I couldn't remember the products that had my hair shiny so many years ago. My hair was shedding and dry recently. Then I discovered your channel, I got most of the products you mentioned and tried the mayonnaise. My hair transformed with one use of the mayonnaise. Thanks for the recommendations ☺️

I knew you since 2008? Whew Chile I feel old. 😂 ORS is really the truth. I’ve been using their products just as long as you have. Their shampoo and replenishing conditioner leaves my hair so soft and moisturized. I see that they have new products too.. I’m gonna have to check it out.
Its amazing how much length you are able to retain in your relaxed state versus natural. Your hair is beautiful either way but I definitely understand why you switched back. Wishing you happy, healthy hair!🥰

I hate that I stopped using ORS products they kept my hair so healthy! You are the first “RU-vid girl” I watched back in high school (graduated 2011) you have always used ORS products back before the name change and they never failed me. I’m ready to get rid of all of my other products and go back to all ORS products!
Creamy aloe shampoo and replenishing conditioner is bae! I switched to Creme of Nature Aragon Oil line and I'm returning to ORS because I had the best results. Creme of Nature Argan Oil is second

I have their hair fertilizer cream and its the truth . It helps with shedding and it helps growth. Lightweight and non greasy feeling. I have 3 containers of it and I use it on my relaxed hair and 4 yr old natural hair and it does wonders. I also love Silk elements intensive hair maynasise and its good too also.
I have an ORS leave in conditioner that’s bomb!! I will be adding more!! love the olive oil relaxer!! My hair does well with it.. in the past..If I switch my relaxer it wont last for weeks!! Olive Oil is use to my hair!!
I use 3 of those products, the normal shampoo and it can be use to neutralize ur hair when u relax and remove product build-up as well, protein and the replenishing conditioner.
The ORS Hair Mayonnaise is a must have hair product!! I suggest pairing the hair mayonnaise with a salon shampoo, like Paul Mitchell tea tree. Most non-salon shampoos leave build-up on hair and that prevents conditioners from working properly. I like the ORS hair moisturizer, too.
This was really helpful and enjoyable to watch. I have most of the ORS products and I also use the olive oil products from the African pride line, which are good too. I'm gonna have to check that pudding out! I always wondered exactly what that was for. Thanks for this video! 💕
I LOVE the Thermalast 2-n-1 Heat Defense and Shine Mist. It is so good for flat ironing, it's a heat protectant and oil sheen in one!! A little goes a very long way because it can weigh your hair down. There was a similar product a while back in a tall clear bottle (that I think I remember you reviewing lol), but this one is sooo much better!
@@ulovemegz the ors spray mentioned good for control frizz and fighting against humidity. If not can you recommend a product for that. Can you also recommend a heat protectant (one you use and love)? Lovely video🎉
My first ORS hair product is the oil moisturizing hair lotion which is very good for hard to comb hair and even better if you don't want to relax your hair at all! I will try the shampoo and deep conditioner too! I believe all their product is good!
Loved the creamy aloe shampoo when I was relaxed, still love it now that I'm natural. The ph balancing properties make my hair take in conditioner like a sponge. I don't go a wash day without it! BTW you look absolutely amazing!!!
Been using ORS for years, too -- from relaxed to relaxed AND keratin-treated to buzz cut natural and, now, to keratin-treated only (b/c, even at 72, my hair in a natural requires a haircut every two weeks or it's new growth is IMPOSSIBLY tight and unmanageable). ALL of which "'dos" require MORE care than one might think. My only caution about ANY product, especially if you've keratin-treated locks: Make SURE the products are SULFATE-FREE. You HAVE to check the labels, b/c the "sulfate-free" emblem is often difficult to locate on the label and the container designs are VERY similar. Thanks for your assessments!

ORS is the only products that work for my hair. I have very dry hair. I Love the Replenishing Conditioner. That is the best ever. Thats the only thing that stops my hair from breaking. The hair mayo doesn't work to good for me. And the ORS is relaxer, straightens my hair the best

Did you teach yourself to do your own relaxer? I’m natural and think a lot about getting relaxers, but when I think about having to find a regular beautician, I change my mind 😊
Hey thank you for watching. I guess I can say I taught myself after reading tips and watching youtube videos back in 2008. I find that using the buddy system was the best for me but self relaxing is pretty easy once you find a healthy routine that works well for you and your hair needs.
I used to love these products back in 2010, when I used to relax my hair. Can't remember why I stopped buying it. Are they suitable for silk pressing? 🤔

No. The aloe shampoo is a chelating shampoo and also neutralizing after relaxer. It's a great option to remove minerals and pollutants like salt, chlorine, etc.

Final question 🤦🏾♀️ I have been doing this... I know that the replenishing conditioner is half protein, half moisturizing, is it okay to use that after the mayonnaise to balance things out a bit?
I have a question about the ORS Oil Booster in the ORS Normal Relaxer. Do you poor or mix that into the relaxer when you're about to apply it? Or, do you really need to use it? What is it for? Because, when I purchase the kit the oil booster always comes with the kit, and I was just wondering what it's for. Or, trying to understand what is it for.
Hi! Yes, you pour it in. Its an extra build in protection for the kit. Its very similar to how people before would add oils to their relaxer to help add a bit of protection to the hair while processing.

I think it depends on the person. I personally don't but I do know many people who use this as a prepoo condition and then follow up with a moisturizing conditioner!
