Quick correction! Magic skillcape IS only 5 swaps per day. I don't know why I was so confident when saying that. Maybe it was a failed poll question? My bad!
All good I know it's unlimited in Rs3 as long as ur in a bank or something. I use my mage cape alot so love this feature! I also just got 99 prayer recently and had no idea it acts as a holy wrench! Does the cape have to be equipped in order to get the effect or can it just be in your inventory?

I feel like a lot of the 99 skillcapes in OSRS are really bad. They need to look into buffing a lot of them to make them useful, especially like Attack, Strength, Fletching, Fishing, Hunter. Having a niche teleport location reward as your 99 skillcape is not very useful (unless to a bank or somewhere you need to be regularly). Suggestions: Attack = recharge special attack at a faster rate when wearing it Strength = increase your max hit by 1 Fletching = chance of giving you extra darts/arrows when fletching Fishing = chance of catching an additional fish (+xp for catch) Hunter = increase chance of box trap/net success rate of trapping
Fletching Cape could also have it so sometimes you don't use any materials while fletching arrows or darts. Fishing could speed up the rate of catching by 2 or 3 times,. Attack could make it so you will always deal at least 1 damage.
Farming cape tele puts you relatively close to a bank and a spirit tree, which you can use to access your house. Still outclassed by the crafting and construction cape but having the two functions rolled into one teleport is still nice.
Fishing cape should be at least A tier. The fishing guild bank is right there. It’s very similar to the crafting cape. Also I could argue that Farming is the best in the game. It gives unlimited teles to the farming guild right near the bank, and it is also right next to a spirit tree to access your POH. It’s kinda like wrapping construction and crafting cape into one. Plus the herb yield bonus. S+
While I don't PK, the Black Chinchompa tele for Hunter cape is super underrated for a unique Wildy teleport; something generally locked to Obelisks and Burning Amulets. It also teles you close to level 30 wildy to abuse Royal Seed's to teleport out. Also the closest teleport to Vet'ion if you're going for Wildy pets/D Pick drops
Hunter and Fishing Cape teleports are useful for clue scrolls. Magic skill cape is useful in PvP. Agility cape needs to get buffed, it's only once a day and for 1 minuet only.
HP cape is definitely worthy of A tier imo. Also i know its not a skill cape, but achievement diary cape is S tier for me. Amazing for master clues, and also is tied with crafting cape for closest tp to a bank in the game.
The smithing skillcape also aids with money making for blast furnace with it boosting the coal bag. Allows you to smelt more runite, and you make even more bank doing it.

fishing cape is good man. On my alt the fishing guild teleport is fairly close to a bank. Ottos is good for ancient cavern and BA/gnome area. is it the greatest? No but shouldnt be dead last.
Point of order: Getting the Firemaking Cape with Wintertodt is one of the easiest Skillcapes in the game to acquire, with Wintertodt, and (untrimmed) Skillcapes have identical stats to the Obby Cape.
You do need Dragon Defender for clue step so it does have an extremely minimal use, also the tele to otto's groto saves time for clues and offering chewed bones/getting to mith dragons. At the very least fishing is better than the bottom tier. Magic cape is at least A tier, would say you're under valuing the swaps for burst tasks and pvp.
The change I would make to this list is completely reworking the attack and strength capes. Because come on, what is there to do in Burthope that the game room tele isn't already useful for, and if someone gets 99 attack without a defender than... what was the point.
You underestimated the strength cape. I used it low/mid game for a bank teleport, it's just a short run down the hall. I used it for all sorts, including RC and farming before getting to the guild. Seriously under rated.
But the other capes offer teleports too, and are closer to a bank. At end game there are many easier teleports closer to banks, the benefit comes from whether or not you also need to frequent the area for other purposes, like the farming cape, or the construction cape which offers teles to all POH portals.
@@KaozOSRS As a main acc I have no purpose for cooking after 99. I could see the argument for irons ranking it higher, so I’d drop it to B at best. Runecrafting cape makes, arguably, the worst skill in the game the exact same. The only viable post 99 rc I could see is bloods for afk money or irons. There is a reason people take their 99 rc party to the gallows at draynor manor 😂. D tier for sure. Smithing cape is useless unless you are going for 200m or are using blast furnace for profit. Either option means your bat shit crazy lol. Easy d or c tier. I respect the vid overall though. Mainly commented to boost the algorithm!
Wow fishing cape too low imo, it’s such a nice budget crafting cape and useful for clues! Plus otto Tele is nice if u wanna afk post 99 or anything - no hate here btw! Love the vids
My S tier are the exact same as yours. Crafting, Construction, and Farming. My A tier would be the Strength, Fishing, Ranged, and Slayer. My B tier would be Thieving, Agility, HP, Magic, and Cooking. My C Tier would be Herblore, Woodcutting, Prayer, Mining, Firemaking, Smithing and Runecrafting. My D tier would be Attack and Fletching. Both Hunter and Defense sits somewhere between C and B for me. I personally value teleports a lot. And don't value perks that are "It's good for 200M"
Agility cape for me is my favorite yeah I get it the banking tele for the others but there’s no greater feeling than having a nice extra run boost when doing day to day grind or questing.
A light source useful in only a couple areas and 1 piece of warm clothing for Wintertodt (that you likely aren’t doing anymore with 99 FM) is more useful than 2 capes with unlimited teleports to areas close to a bank? Idk about that one
Strength cape definitely deserves to be higher unlimited teleports to warriors guild and has bank close by yes crafting is way better but considering most people will have 99 strength before focusing on secondary stats and buyables its really great
Nice list . I would put magic cape in S Class tho because of the pvp aspect. Teleblocking someone and going back to ancients for barrages. Also farming cape is my favourite glad to see its in S tier.
Hard disagree on the strength cape ranking. It's like a discount farming cape, which is itself a discount crafting cape. The strength cape is pretty much a double discounted crafting cape, which should make it at least C tier, maybe even the bottom of B.
About to get 99 construction my first 99 came here to see if I wasted my time for the cape 😂 Appreciate the validation I thought it was a good choice. I want to get quest cape next so will help me a ton
fishing cape should be higher because its a poor mans crafting cape. quick to get to a bank unlimitedly and you get food on your to max that you can sell or use for your cooking cape
Meh I think all the capes that only benefit post 99 xp are all d tier...... should have done two tier lists the functional achievement cape tier list and then the fassionscape achievement cape tier list
S teair farming? Got out of here. I have unlimited teleports to the fishing guild. There are multiple other non-99 ways to get there. And it's nowhere near S teir for just the bonus herbs.
