Thank You 🙏🏽 In cooking Oxtails when I was young it was basic way cook food side dishes cornbread and Lima beans cooked in separate cooking pots. Sometimes they added fresh okra from the garden or they will fried the okra for a side dish to eat with the cooked oxtail. My serving portion eating oxtail was a small bowl that holds two cups of eggs and two slices of cornbread.Today Cooking is a Upgrade it is Making a Difference and the Way of Choice to Cook. After the Family Cooking Cleanup Time in the Kitchen. Young Children activities Dancing 💃🏽 and Volleyball 🏐 till the Sun ☀️ goes down. Thank You 🙏🏽 for Chef Cooking!

Oh, I hear you! Try beef shank or short ribs. May not be cheap, but definitely cheaper in this economy. I read somewhere you could also use turkey necks (I'm not mentally prepared to go the turkey route just yet.)

@lolitabonita08 This is a special dish that very near to people's hearts. It used to be cheap but bcz of popularity has become an expensive delicacy. He also stated in the beginning that basically short ribs of beef is interchangeable in this recipe and it is a little cheaper than oxtails and has a better meat to bone ratio.
