I love the fact that you guys go up and down streets that are in all different kinds of neighbourhoods.. just driving along and then just turn into another street, gives a good idea of what that particular area looks like....thanx...
I used to live right there on Zebulon rd in Macon. I live on the west coast now. I miss it bad there. Also the food depot on the right side at 5:00 used to be a Fred’s store back in the early 2010s.
Finished watching this video this morning, I enjoy hearing the funny conversations between you both 😂! Thanks for showing us different towns. One suggestion, since Jose is driving and asking the questions about the town demographics, history, why it was named what it was, crime, where it’s located in the state, industry, famous people, what it’s known for etc, can Katie have a fact sheet to answer those questions? I appreciate the hard work Jose and Katie!! Can’t wait for Katie to get her license, her dog 🐕, and her C- class!!! 🙌
Some of the comments you make about people are very insensitive and offensive. I thought this was going to be a informative video but instead all you did was insult people. It’s not hard to be kind maybe try it sometime.
@Oodie Ju Bro and while there his opinions, we should know that his channel is about informing of these places. No one learned anything in this video about Macon, outside if prejudices, dog molestation, vagrants and how pretty some of the homes were. Freedom does give you a right to your OPINION, but his channel claims to give you information of that particular destination or area. Opinions is not proven information, it's just prejudice of your own beliefs. With the historical roots and history of Macon being the 'Heart of Georgia' this place is more than molesting dogs and homeless vagrants. He sounds similar to how they talked about vagrants after the emancipation proclaimation. When we accept ignorance just because we allow it to florish thinking it's our right, it doesn't amount to anything but more ignorance to spread and we wonder why our history and people are so confused.
I've lived in Forsyth for 30 + yrs I have drove these roads so many times ,test driving cars when 8 worked for Mercedes Benz in Macon , hoped y'all moved here...
Welcome to our channel sir. Were in Florida now. We lived in Alabama for a year and we came back to Florida due to hate up there. Check out our recent uploads here in the sunshine ☀️ your welcome sir.
I grew up in north macon; its crazy to think how split the city is between white and black. There are parts of macon that are worse than some third world countries
@___ girl...you and me both. I was thinking about moving to Macon but after looking at a couple of videos. I think it's best not to move there. It doesn't seems safe at all. Especially for us single black mothers. Best luck to you tho
@___ Try Dallas suburbs. I was shocked by how diverse it was and the vibe was overall friendly. New jobs, restaurants and housing everywhere without feeling so huge like Houston. Lots of trees, parks and places to get away from the hood. I’m leaving Cleveland I’m tired of the shooting every hour 🥴😂
@@EvolveWithVee hello are you still in Macon? How is it? I’m trying to move me and my family north of Macon Georgia but afraid of it being ghetto and a lot of crime
@@leeroyjenkins5208 blacks live in North Macon. It’s just that very little whites live in south, west, and East Macon. Those areas have went down severely over the years and the blacks there just choose to deal with it. It’s a choice. Won’t be long before it spreads to North macon. The whole city is turning into trash and the elected officials can care less.
@@TacticalToolbox I was there from 71-01, but don't remember much of the 1st several years, but I do remember the maturation of north Macon, along with the degradation of the earlier expansion into the suburbs. With the city core hollowed out. Their was a sizable vibrant middle class
I was born there in 1962, my family moved to New York in 1971, i can tell you, back in our neighborhood we could leave our doors unlocked at night. All the neighbors knew and watched out for each others. Not now will you see that . Had great memories growing up down there.
I like uniform landscaped gardens and yards. I do not like when the neighborhood has too many trees and bush crowding the view of the houses. In your conversation, be more tactful about what you say about the elderly.
This is called planet earth not heaven AS FOR REAL TIME THIS COUNTRY IS OVER POPULATED HAVENT YOU SEEM THE news 🙄 no where is perfect BRU , As i say you don’t like where you live than leave ..
