The performers and stuff dont have to worry about that stuff. there’s too much demand for those employees. the people who clean your room are the ones making barely any money and working long shifts
@@godlymegatron5698go to the cruise ship websites and scroll down probably. Just like how Walmart and everywhere else does their thing I bet. 'Careers' should be listed at the bottom where you can click
Yes 👍 I did 2 16 day cruises back to back from Seattle via Hawaii to Bora Bora to New Zealand and Hobart and ended up in Sydney. All for $15 a day. Plus I was upgraded to first class on the flight from London to Seattle.❤
@lazybuddah9639 I can see that! Also depends on what their shifts are like. Some of the entertainers and fun crew people work all throughout the day in different increments. I'd rather work a straight 8 hours than have it split up a lot
@@lazybuddah9639I talked to some cleaners on a cruise I was on and they said them and the cooks have it hard. The entertainment staff get treated different. Entertainment are allowed to eat outside in the guest space occasionally and have a lot more freedom.
That’s so wonderful. I have friends who work for airlines so I’ve heard that about flying but never about cruising that’s great and so nice of you to have your mom come along.❤
I'm sooo glad you did that for your Mom, what a great Son, she probably Really liked being with her Son, you Don't Realize How Mom's miss their Kids, after they become Adults
And here I felt like the Queen Mother herself when MY son got a job at the movie theater and I got to watch movies for free as well as get free popcorn and soda if I brought my own containers. Im sure your mom had the best time!!
I need to talk one of my children into leaving their life on land to cruise so I can enjoy the perks too. 😂😂. I’ll bet your mom had a wonderful time! ❤❤
As soon as my youngest started figure skating, I put the big in her ear about working for Royal LOL. Ultimately, she opted to go into welding and hung up her slays
@chainsoar the entertainment staff have it easier than the service or maintenance staff. And when you're 19, traveling the world, not paying rent (outrageous here) is really attractive
@elenahassel5669 dude the longer the cruise the more you spend in your cabin imo. It depends on your nature really but many people come to relax on the cruise not interact with people. Specially introverts like me.
i just now from another crew member (not at RCC) that she is also gettiong special proces for her parents and 3 buddys can get a discount on cruise, but there it is not allowed to bring anyone that is not belonging to the creew into crew areas or even that thex are allowed to sleep in crew cabins. So, this seems quite different depending on the cruise lines.
