I made these into burger size and shape and cooked them in the Instapot for 40 minutes on the steam setting. Then did them on the grill for 4 mins each side. These were the Best home made burgers we have had! Thanks for the great recipe! Love your show!

I never liked traditional meatballs before I was vegan, but I have made two recipes in that past (ones that were more vegetable-based instead of trying to mimic any resemblance to actual meat), but I've never made them using seitan. I LOVE YOUR THANKSGIVING ROAST, so I know these will be bomb! Can't wait to try!!
