My wife’s from Panama and she makes these at home.... I’ve never had them before until she introduced me to them. I’ve had plantains before when I visited the Bahamas, but not in a sandwich form and it is my favorite... Chicken and Steak preferably.... #SaluteJLJupiter

They make those at a place in aurora Illinois. I'm definitely getting a couple today. They use bread instead of plantains and it's much smaller. But that sauce you use is boss.
