Honestly the Pokemon Ranger games should have gotten more love. They were a ton of fun both writing and gameplay wise and they were a great example of how the spin off games that tend to try odd concepts tend to be some of the best in the franchise.

My touchscreen on my 3DS got so bad literally the entire right side doesn't even work. Every touck is so far to the left that you can't play anything that could softlock you because you can't touch one tiny spot. Still hasn't diminished my love for the series.

No, I didn't use a converter, I learned how to convert bits from binary into letters easily since I was interested in coding. And caps start with "010" while lowercase start with "011".

Watched your video about a year ago and bought the game. I got sick and never finished it but I recently found my 3ds and started from where I left off. Honestly the BEST game I’ve ever played. Team dim sun has the best dialogue in existence and that moment with the girls always saying “ugh I’m leaving!! But not because you beat my Pokémon but because my makeup is running!! I have to fix my makeup!” It’s so funny

My favorite sidequest is the one where this asshole asks you to bring him a nosepass, and then reveals later that he just wanted to make fun of it because of how stupid it looks. And then a random Team Dim Sun goon shows up out of nowhere and calls him out for his shit and then just storms off without doing anything even remotely evil. Best villain team in Pokemon.

I just recently played ranger 1 and 2 for the first time an had a great time! Although I felt like the poke powers didn't have much weight in the 2nd game anymore since you could easily catch everything with multiple loops. Catching everything in one loop, like you have to do in the first game, is way harder and imo much more fun. I "died" many times in the first game while not a single time in the 2nd. Great video!

I want to point out I played this game as a kid and it took me for ever to finish but honestly one of the best Pokémon games. My odd ds screen has circles scratched in to it because of this game but it was worth the fun times and over all a 10 out of 10 game

I mean, the storyline of Ranger series makes much more sense than being a 12yr-old beating an entire crime organisation all by themself. Also I love the fact that pokemon actually wanders around in this game instead of being tucked away in some bushes.

Coming back to this video only to say that I decided to play this game and it's the first pokemon game I've ever played but I'm having so much fun! I'm almost at the end and although my wrist is dead it's so much fun :) I highly recommend. Thanks for such a lovely video

I loved the ranger series its great to be reminded they existed since they´re pretty much dead which is a shame because I bought all of them, hopefully they´ll return along with pokemon conquest which I always found interesting at least just this time with something that wont break your touch screen for the amount of pressure and the billions of circles you had to draw which left it looking like the drawing book of mentally broke down person from a horror game.

I remember physically getting on my knees as a child and crying because I couldn't capture Rampardos, and then doing it again during Drapion.
