@@deathtoallbuttmetal8148 This is what everyone should do if you own more than like 2 fragrances or need big bottles for display. Once you get to 3+ bottles you'll quickly have more juice than you'll ever use going with 100ml.
It’s my most complimented of about 20 in my collection. That being said I work in a factory and the metal note reminds me of some of the machinery when your up close to it and it drives me crazy whenever I notice it
I’ve only tried Ocean, Carbon and Black out of all these but I’ve got to say that Ocean is definitely my favourite out of those 3 and one of my favourites over all, it’s just gorgeous. Carbon is definitely a more smooth version of Sauvage and very pleasant, but I didn’t like Black at all, smells like rubber and tar to me, it’s not so bad in the dry down but still too woody for my taste. To each their own though I guess.
Glad to hear your wife liked Ocean the best! It's also my favorite between your top 4 (haven't smelled the rest). I find myself wearing it often because it's easy to wear and smells comforting to me. Has the right balance for any season I find, though it seemed to perform better in high humidity. Unfortunately, I live in the desert.
Haha love it! Went to Macy’s with my wife recently…long story short I wanted to pick up a new winter and blue fragrance. I was going for spice bomb extreme and Dylan blue. Walked out with Luna Rosa black and Luna Rosa Ocean due to my wife’s influence. Given the fact that your wife loves these two as well I guess there must be something behind it. I have the same opinion as you the more time I spend with ocean the more I love it! I am extremely happy with my purchase. Glad she tagged along 😁😎 (my wife) best wishes Ash.
i was able to try Luna Rosa Sport in a brick and mortar store and i personally enjoyed it a lot. i wear mercedes club black often in the winter… the vanilla from the PLRS was so light and fresh very much so in comparison to club black. naturally, it doesnt come off as annoying to me now in spring time. smells great as a skin scent right now as well.
Carbon is great honestly if you liked your Sauvage but you think it’s overplayed and overused then definitely try Prada Luna Rossa Carbon honestly I get more compliments for that fragrance that I do Dior Sauvage by a long shot actually Like non-stop compliments!

Ash a dope discontinued fragrance video once a month or once every other month would be dope. I like hunting down solid discontinues fragrances. I know some folks don’t have the means to do it, but like you I enjoy finding the classic discontinued products. I think there’s others out there that would appreciate this as well!!
Easy top 5 release, ive respected everything you've ever said expect this. Your my go to for best fragrances to go for whats, what. Im new to this hobbie of fragrance buying im about 2 years in but im addicted. And I've agreed with almost every single thing you've ever reviewed and everything I would buy from watching your reviews were spot on except this one I humbly disagree. Point me into a fragrance that smells anything like this fragrance? That suede smelling note remarkable. That being said just because I don't agree with this doesn't mean I still won't value your opinion on fragrances. Like i said your my go to. Being a combat vet I need anything to take my mind off s*** and this hobbie right here is very very therapeutic my kids are my best therapy and then working then fragrances. this is phenomenal im glad it's gotten my attention and respect of the fragrance maker but I ain't going to lie it's very pocketing and I don't have money like that but I do tend to buy when I shouldn't never to wear a taste food away from my kids or anything like that but it could have went towards something else but I can't help it it's very therapeutic. thank you for your insight and opinions i value them very importantly in this hobbie.
Great vid. I feel black smells a lot like original Armani code. Very powdery scent to it. It’s a great cologne, just not my personal favorite. I prefer ocean over black.
Don’t like the original, but I like Sport, Carbon and black. Haven’t smelled oceans or eau Fraiche. 3. Sport -Prada’s take on La Male 2. Black-beautiful cool weather fragrance👌🏽 1. Carbon-Prada’s take on Sauvage. And honestly better than Sauvage in my opinion.
I only have 1 prada and Im happy to say its Ocean, and it does smell like a deep mysterious ocean, interesting thing is some people say it smells different in cold weather then hot weather.
I think they changed the Luna Rosa scent, it has become very sweet smelling, before it was great and long lasting. I could wash my hands several times and still smell it at the end of the day….
I bought the Luna Rossa Ocean after sampling it at Sephora. Performed very well for me. I did want something that I could wear to the office and so forth. I liked the Black but I didn't get a chance to try it on skin.
I was totally conned by the hype surrounding Luna Rossa Black. All I am getting is a slightly powdery strong sweetness, and NOTHING else. Two sprays to skin and I was gagging out a coworker. For me it is linear on skin and clothes. I did a comparison between it, Bvlgari Black and VC&A Midnight in Paris yesterday. The Bvlgari Black was nowhere as sweet as Luna Rossa Black, and it had other notes. Midnight in Paris, while sweet, was not as sweet as Luna Rossa Black, and had hints that some other notes might be there, although not enough to determine what they actually were. BTW, I had to reassemble the atomizer to make that assessment. Had Luna Rossa Black been named Midnight in Paris Intense, I would not have purchased it. I also have Carbon, and I love both the citrus opening and the intriguing blend of notes all the way through to the dry down. To me it is a smoother, more interesting version of Dylan Blue.
So I'm adding to this for the fellas who are late to the party on this line. I bought Luna Rossa Carbon and I love it. My personal scent is Dior Sauvage EdP & Elixir so it's easy for me to like Carbon. It's like a smoother, more office friendly version of Sauvage. It has great performance & it's definitely a compliment puller. I also have a decanter of Luna Rossa Ocean and I've been wearing it for the last 2 days......it's like Carbon but has a freshness to it. Owning both wouldn't be redundant at all as both have their own vibe and both are versatile. For me, Ocean has a little mix of a few other frags I own....Ultra Male, a slight touch of Le Male, Sauvage & Jimmy Choo Man Blue all mixed together but done to perfection. Ocean will be my next addition to the collection.
Carbon has been reformulated. It's now made in France and not in Spain as previously. The bottom part is more plasticky unlike the rubberized feel of the previous one. The smell has changed slightly. The Made in Spain is smoother. I like it better.
I recently got black which I like. Just got carbon for cheap less than 30 quid. I don't own nor have I owned Dior sauvage so hopefully that works out well too
I was thinking about Ocean as my gym scent, used 3 testers and still dont know If i should go for it. Liked Ralphs Club and Ralph Lauren cologne intense, the new one, as well
By far, Sport is my least favorite and Carbon is my favorite. I need to pick up Black though. You've never waivered in your love for it and I trust those nostrils. So, I'll be picking up Black this fall.
Wow really? I have legend spirit and it smells so different to me, ocean smells way darker and deeper, still fresh but less fresh and airy then the legend spirit. Really I wouldn’t compare them at all other than that they would probably work on a lot of similar situations
I got extreme and it smells like a bar of old fashioned lye soap. It kind of stings the nose like that soap does. Actually surprised me and now I know why it was discontinued. I don’t wear it but I do wear Black.

I got bored of Carbon. Sauvage by a different name, but personally I prefer it to that. Sauvage screams too much. Sport is a pleasant wear, the original though is perfect for office or a subtle wear day if that makes sense.
I could have picked your order without watching. This is a fragrance line that I just don’t care for myself. I love the Prada LHomme line, and if I want fresh and clean, I like Versace Pour Homme, if I want blue - Versace Dylan Blue.
I personally love the Luna Rossa line from Prada I haven’t been disappointed yet I have Sport, and Carbon, I’ve smelled black and I agree Black smells the best to me, I’ve also smelled ocean it smells great as well, I can’t wait to purchase both black and ocean to complete my collection..💯🔥🔥
