Too many women all over the world message me saying that their self esteem and confidence is low due to a lack of understanding when it comes to these common feminine issues. I really hope that this video is of value to someone out there and that I can help educate women a bit more about our feminine health. Go ahead and leave any relatable stories down below if you would like to let your fellow sisters know that they are not alone and that nothing is wrong with them due to these issues. Feel free to also share any tips if you have some as well. Thank you all so much for watching ❤ ❤❤
It’s so crazy how many women out there lack awareness of these common issues because no one ever taught it to them. This is exactly why I made this video, in hopes that I could reach people like you who were never taught these things. I’m glad you were able to learn something from the video though. Thank you for watching ❤
Hey Nurse Key thank you for touching on this subject again I really enjoy these videos they have helped me so much to treat these issues but another feminine hygiene issue that is bothering me is constant vulva inflammation and itchiness to the extent that I scratch my skin off... Could you make a video on the causes and a remedy?
I have been dealing with this for YEARS!!!! No one can seem to help me. I’ve been on 6 week suppressive treatments, nothing!! I’m definitely going to purchase these products. Hopefully they work 😞
Thankss I also have yeast infection, it’s soo painful when I over itch and it’s so relaxing scratching but after I finish scratching the pain after it is soo terrible. Thanks nurse key I learnt alot
I love these videos. Can you please help us with are hygiene while pregnant with vaginitis. It's soo many restrictions on what you can use while pregnant. Boric acid was my go to until I got pregnant and started breastfeeding.
I would say to increase your probiotic intake. Food such as yogurt are packed with probiotics but you can also get the supplements. Consult with your OBGYN but that shouldn’t be harmful to you since Lacrobacillus ( the main bacteria in yogurt and probiotic supplements) is something that is also naturally found in our bodies, specifically our gut. It helps to give your body a lot more good bacteria, so that it can fight off the bad bacteria in your body that is causing the inflammation or infections in the first place. Try to have some plain Greek yoghurt with a little honey and granola every morning and include it in your daily food, you can even put it in your smoothies.
There is no one best cream to use it depends on so many different factors. It depends on your skin type, whether you have dry skin, oily skin, sensitive skin. I can’t recommend just one cream for everybody to use because everybody’s skin is different. I have used multiple different body creams, right now I’m using Shea butter but I have used a Vino which is also quite good
