My family and I are planning to move across the country, to Idaho. We are trying to decide if we should move to Post Falls or CDA. Post Falls seems to offer more rentals/homes in our price range. But we are falling in love with CDA, even though we’ve never even been there! We don’t want to make the wrong decision. 😩 Any advice?
Downtown cda is amazing. If you’re living outside of the downtown area it all feels the same as post falls. Both are fantastic. All is beautiful in the winter and amazing and green in the summer. Lots of newer houses and business. All have roughly the same to offer. Plus downtown/cda beach area are just a short drive. You won’t be disappointed either way
Thank you, I'm planning to move to Northern Idaho and I want to see a police presence. Post Falls is on the top of my list right now, I will probably be renting an apartment and the prices are very reasonable. I'm currently living in Seattle and work for the county. I'm thoroughly disgusted by the lack of police presence in North Seattle, they basically stopped patrolling and it's utter lawlessness. The police have been treated horribly in Seattle and hundreds said the hell to it and left for smaller cities and making the same or more money. Seattle is a liberal nightmare and I can't wait to get out of here. Thank you for the excellent video, it sure looks beautiful there!
Do a video comparing the stats for CdA, PF, Hayden and Rathdrum? Also why are there so many illegal daycares in Post Falls, as well as the meanest women in Idaho?
Yall need $500K to live in PF. Its now so crowded and the school system is forked. Too many kids, not enough teachers. Lots of bad kids from cali moved in and drugs flowing like water. Winters are a complete bish. Fires every year smoke out the area. Its not a perfect place people. Traffic bad and crime way up
@@thenorthidahoexperience naw its a shit show now. Ask the cops how things have been. Horrid. Post falls also has a law you can't park your car in front of your house, on the public street for more than 24 hrs. So guess what this does? Creates assholes calling you into the police as abandoned vehicles. So Friday, you get to move your car on sat then on sun then drive to work on Monday. Eff this place
