@@Echizen32kMedia it’s great my only thing is that I’m short and sit close to the wheel and the closer you get the lower the wheel is to your body ..and my current seat setup is a little bit higher than stock . I think a shorty hub and a quick release would be the same length as the standard hub though
@@christianherrero8053 Thank you sir! I will try the 537 first to see how it goes. Are you 5'6 or 5'7? I'm 5'10 so if we are the same height, I was thinking about something similar setup wise.
Hi I bought the works bell kit. I tried to wire the horn using the positive and negative wire from the clock spring but it doesn’t work. The horn only works if I wire the positive wire to the horn and then make a negative wire that grounds to one of the screws on the hub. This drains my battery though. Am I doing something wrong?
Curious, how is the ergonomics of reaching the windshield and turn signal stalks with the hub + quick release? Or do you think it's much more natural with just the hub?
Please send me the link to where you ordered everything u used? I did a steering wheel change and had to put it all back to oem cause everything went crazy! This video made everything look so easy to do,thanks!!!
There is a pin tool or u can just cut and hardwire it. There is a lock u unclip on the connector as well. It's off color yellow. Not the same as the rest of plug
I'm curious, with this hub, do you need the extra thickness of the quick release? I have this hub for my 01 Spyder (not installed), but don't have a quick release. Will the steering wheel be too far from you/close to the dash without the quick release or some kind of spacer? Thanks!
im just tryna give an option to people that gives them these benefits without the price tag. why is comment getting deleted 🙃. NRG hub for FRS/BRZ and a dremel around where the clock spring protrudes. you get to keep horn and clock spring and it looks really clean when done.
