Dang that looks delicious! I recall as a child out goofing around in the hills near Redmond, right in the middle of Utah, where it's navel would be if it had one, that we encountered crystals and in tasting them, found them to be salt. They have ancient deposits there dating back from the Jurassic. No one thought anything of them back then, but now I'm happy to see they've discovered the value.
