In my opinion: 1. I would start with dentist/health care and gyms since theres tons of them, at least where I live. 2. When I've learned how to cold call, manage meetings and close sales I would go with Real State agents since near here there are very very few and dont want f*** up with someone that is able to pay a lot of money for my services. PS: Dont know how to implement funnels and what are great lead magntes yet so I have to learn for this niche. 3. Restaurants... hmm I think they dont do much profit so I wouldnt go with them, but its what I think they might do enough money though.

Hey I got some SMMA questions: 1. I hate Facebook but I imagine this is mostly based on Facebook. Do I need an active Facebook account to do this or can I just have some Facebook account I don't use outside of using it to get admin access to businesses Facebook accounts to do the ad management and page management? 2. Do you just do Facebook SMMA or do you also do other social media? 3. I assume you just start with Facebook if starting out? Thanks man.

you advertise the offer, not the brands. maybe you have a special on earrings, " click here to how you can save on your favorite brands!" once you get them into your funnel your not advertising the brands anymore, your just showing what you have as an offer. advertise the business and the offer, not the specific brand.

That's a little advanced, but bro you can pick any niche in the world. Just become an expert in that field by studying and knowing what works, and speak their language. You should be good bro.
