The BEST Supercar for UNDER £100,000 - Porsche 911 Turbo S 

Got my 991.2 911 turbo S new in 2018. It is an absolutely awesome car. The all wheel drive sticks to the road so well and pulls so hard way up to whatever the average guy would ever think about going.

Turbo S definitely under appreciated amongst all the GT hoopla. Also I feel it takes a little more seat time to understand the turbo spirit/experience. I daily a 997 turbo s + sharkwerks exhaust.

You don't need to spend £180k to get into an epic fast daily though. My old 996.2 is an absolute steal and only cost what some folk spend on their brake option. *Porsche, there is no substitute.*

Great quick summary, 10 years ago I bought a manual 2001 996 turbo X50 (turbo S engine with GT2 turbos 😃) privately for £24.5k. Sold it 2 years later for £22.5k. The car was a beast, especially when remapped. In comparison to today’s 991 prices was bargain of the century, regret selling it, probably worth £35k minimum now. Still my 600hp 2010 GT-R still keeps me smiling after 8 years…

Yes this is the car to get. Put a tune and exhaust and it’s perfect.

For a dailye it's hard to beat, so fast, smooth, comfortabele, and that gearbox is out of this world!

Get yourself a Turbo S then take it to ES Motors for some serious HP. Have a look at Officially Gassed to see what he’s done.

I daily a 991.1 TTS with a soul exhaust and cats. The only downside (once you cure the lack of sound from stock exhaust) with the 991.1 is the lack of CarPlay. You get over that with the exhaust and the throttle wide open!

I daily a 2017 R8 V10 plus, I bought it for £90k a year ago. Wouldn’t look anywhere else for sub 100k

Does anyone feel like it has too much power? I just got a 996TT and feel like it is too much car for me (vs. say a 4S).

Beautiful looking car from the outside and looks fun to drive however the dash mount view gives off a dreary drab grey interior that's non-appealing.

Can you get the golf clubs in it? What happens coinsurance when the car is tuned? What are the servicing costs? I've got £100 k, and I like the idea of performance, but what about the add ons?

Would you have this 911 or a newer GT4?

New BMW are absolute joke for example the price of a new M3 can get you a McLaren 540, 911, Huracan, R8 V10+ etc with only few miles done. BMW is going down hill, not only ugly, soulless and sound bad but unpleasant to look at

I always thought the 911 turbo would be the perfect daily driver. But sometimes I feel like its not special enough for me. Where the GTR is more rare, sounds better and just overall more unique.

For £100k you could get a 991.2 I had a gen 1, 40k later, a couple of sensible cars between, then purchased.991.2. Sooooo much better and quicker

Not driven one before. Take my stock 991.2, and compare. GTR compared to Turbo s, nahhhhh never. Porsche all day every day

For one video a week Paul,we expect more than that… Cannot believe you said your “Go Pro” was running out, what else have you been doing as your certainly didn’t run them out shooting this video… How about a walk around, a talk through the interior, tech stats, comparison against the `GTR and Merc AMG, it’s all a bit lazy, have you got a job washing cars or something? .

I had the 991 Turbo S cabriolet, I loved it...until it was stolen in London Only thing about it.... it's silent yet potent acceleration, your soul hits your throat

The most bland fast car I’ve owned. It’s competent and quick but boring. Too quiet, lacks character and does not offer supercar thrills in my opinion. Check out the number of owners most 4 year old cars have had. Why do the owners continue to part with them after such short times?

I'd rather new 992 Carrera S, bit slower but who cares?

Before anyone comments about "reliability" ensure you own or have owned one so you may share your personal experience, not interested in things you have read online. 3 Trouble free years in a 650S Spider, nothing in the price range even comes close
