best comprehensive message I've seen in years of searching for prostate help and trying many things that had no effect. I know the estrogen/testosterone connection must be addressed so I'm pretty sure you're approach is a good one. New info to me is the dandelion tea... must try that.

Hey doc, I'm just seeing this video for the first time, so I apologize for responding so late but you seem to have some great items because I was totally confused on websites and Amazon they had so many items that were bogus and a lot of the saw palmetto is synthetic which is no good you need saw palmetto that's grown in the US like in the southern eastern part of the us but I want to give your products to try and I'm fairly young not even 40 but I've been having a non-bacterial prostatitis issue aka cpps before that I was diagnosed with so many other things that were incorrect so thanks for your video and hopefully you still keep making videos I think you should upgrade and make a newer video on this issue in general, trust me a lot of younger guys are experiencing these issues now and don't know what it is and their doctors are sending them in circles but anyway thank you for your products that you're mentioning I'm going to give them a try. I received the cortisol manager today but now I am hesitant to take it. I read up on some of the ingredients and it says not to take one of the ingredients, Phosphatidylserine in combination with any anti-inflammatory medication. Well, I am taking Saw Palmetto which is considered an anti-inflammatory. I know it’s not a medication per se but, do I need to be worried, or are both of these save to take together? Not sure if I get an answer on here from Melissa.

Thank you. Very hard to find good info on this and there are many conflicting views. Some say saw palmetto is ineffective and others tout beta sitosterol. Larry King has a supplement out he endorses but the lymphatic isn't talked about elsewhere

Hey doc I had a question if my testosterone was low after getting my blood test results and I'm taking injections of cypionate 200mg / 1 ml can I still take that estrogen supplement? What I mean to say is I'm going to check my blood test results and see where my estrogen was at if my estrogen was elevated is it safe for me to take that estrogen supplement the tablets that you just showed if I'm receiving the testosterone injections or should I stop the injections and just take the supplement itself and if it turns out to be lower or four turns out that I don't have high estrogen can I continue on with the testosterone shots I'm assuming?

Love these suggestions, but beware of Cortisol Manager. It contains Ashwagandha, which if taken continuously leads to severe Anhedonia and Post-SSRI sexual dysfunction (PSSD). These conditions are very difficult to reverse.

Great video. Hey Doc, for years my PSA was around 2, on my well physical last August my PSA was 4.9. My Dr. called me and told me I need to go to a Urologist. In the office my Dr. said I had BPH but not by much, even though it felt ok. I urinate about 5 to 6 times at night, but I go right back to sleep. I've been drinking Dandelion tea, supplementing with Pygeum, Saw Palmetto, Stinging Nettle Extract, Zinc, Resveritol. I'm not going to a Urologist and get subjected to a biopsy, I'm using natural means to help. Do you think the 4.9 is bad?

Your right. Thing is most don't want to change their diet or don't have the discipline to do so, so wala, take these supplements. Even if you do change your diet, some supplements are still good to take. Prevention is better than cure.
