13:01 It's a legal requirement in many countries. Consumer laws mean Wargaming can't sell you something and then reduce its value. If these laws weren't in place they could sell you a tank and then gradually make it worse to the point where you go and buy a newer, more competitive tank, and then they do the same to that one. Think of it in reverse - you buy a tank for $50, and then after playing it for a while you decide it isn't worth $50 so you take $10 back from Wargaming. It doesn't happen, because there is a power imbalance between individuals and corporations, and consumer laws are there to try to redress this imbalance. The same doesn't apply to tech-tree tanks because they aren't purchased with real dollars (pounds, euros, roubles), although if you buy premium time and gold to help you get tech-tree tanks then that could be the basis for an interesting legal case. One way to nerf premium tanks without nerfing them would be to buff all other tanks, but apart from the logistics involved there could still be a legal argument that the premium tanks have effectively been nerfed. Note that IANAL.

With the number of times you hit the nail on the head, you could have built a city. Your play is outstanding. Your comments are right on. Those of us with vanilla tanks and zero crew skills, get thrown around like a rag doll. Between gold shells and premium tanks, for the pay to win players, it's like shooting fish in a barrel. I'm a bad enough player as it is, that I don't need a reminder everytime I step out into the battlefield. And it is all too frequently that I have to remind the really good players that they need really bad players like me so the can keep their percentages nice and high in the 55% - 60% range. I really enjoy playing the CS-52 Lis, fits my play style thoroughly and have the best performance out of it than any other tank.

Thank u QB for making this video Me as a quite good player (Germanicus_Prime) cant find much more joy in this game because of the OP-Tank Meta, multiple Artillery per game, EBRs, Yolo Lights, 15-0 Teams in High Tiers and RNG My joy mainly came trough success in the game and having consistantly good rounds... even if i still have strong rounds here and there the common gameplay nowadays is far from what it was years ago and i feel like more often than not my impact in the games i play matters less and less because of the factors i stated above I really hope WG will adjust some of these issues, otherwise i wont be returning to this game that i once loved (and spendt money on) and what was and will always be a part of me... there are so many other great games out there but WoT was always special to me I will continue to watch you but i fear as more and more realize what the game became these people will start to leave as well And in the end i dont want this game to die

Mhm. Yeh this analysis of the Progetto and it's tech tree counterparts is spot on. I don't think there's anyone that would argue the really bad decision WG did nerfing the Standard B and Progetto 65 when there was no problem with them to nerf.

Progetto 46 is excellent. Armour is negligible but the auto loader and burst damage are just amazing with the manoeuvrability. I got mine on the mission marathon and it was too good to miss.

I play this game from 2012 and...in the last few years it has changet a lot !!! like you sayed we are many that don't enjoy it so much like before,many things haved changed and MONEY dictates the battles...it's sad,it's my favorite game but i was so "pisstoff" that i haved tryed to play Warthunder for a few days but sadly it could not fill that gap...I hope they will make this game fair like it used to be. You are doing a great job !!! I'm a big fan !!! I hope we will not meet...on the battlefield :)

tbh, even though im really in love with p46, i still would put it third after 703 II and t44-100. Especially in 3-5-7 top placement.

I have the progetto 46. It's legendary. But what equipment should I use? I'm using it with vents, v stab and optics.

I love my Progetto got a 60% win rate on it, but atleast for me, the best t8 prem is 703, I love that tank and got 64% win rate on it, Progetto Is my second fav tho and third one is bourrasque

I played 4 full tier 8 games today. Of 30 players per game, there were around 19-24 premium tanks. So around 70%. THIS is too much and whats wrong with the game

I miss the days when gold rounds cost gold, arty went to T8, TDs to T9, the Type 59 was king, and the Lowe was a force to be reckoned with.

For myself it is progetto plus bourrasque. Different to handle but both with highest impact.

Saw you talking on stream and some problems. Holiday weekend on NA server problems, Ray Charles could have seen that coming lol.

This game has gone to Sh*t. Used to love it. I had few games today at high tiers, all battles were over under 3,5 minutes. There is just no point in playing it. The games are so unbalanced that not touching your keyboard nor mouse would not change anything to the outcome of the battle.

I feel that the best premium, at least the one I play the best in, would be the burrasque. I LOVE my burrasque and the fact that it can deal 720 in 2 seconds after firing the girst shot is crazy. And it has the speed in order to move around the map and flank easier, makes it just that much better. Also, nice to see you on NA since I also am on NA.

"Is the NA server not friendly because of this LT?" Had an obj 277 drive down a mountain to block one of my shots, and then kill the tank I was aimed in at. Yes, a LOT of players in NA are unfriendly, as well as just complete idjits.

QB goes on the middle of this map, dominates and gets a great game. Me go middle of that map, half enemy team rushes while my redish team falls back. We lose, 15-2. I got f****d in first 3m. WoT 2020. Good job RNG.

I love playing the projetto 46 on my 1 account, ( I have two accounts similar to QB, once free-to-play ones pay to win which allows me to remember the difficulty in a free to play style and prevents me from raging too much ) . I am from the NA server, most players here play for themselves and not for the team, Hence most have mediocre stats. This is why we find there's a lot of lopsided losses, and let's not even get into the rage factor of most NA players have. When I watch most European players on the European servers there's a lot more team play involved. There are a lot here in North America that are starting to wish that players here would be more team-oriented then individual oriented.

I'm an NA person who used to play on the EU when I still played WoT. I played some on NA and I had an easier time understanding people on the EU servers, so that should tell you something about the quality of players in NA.

Hi quicky 👍. I think wg balanced progetto with mm.. For me it meets tier x more often then any other tier 8. Keep it up.

As much as I like Prosciutto and it was indeed my favourite tank in the game since it's release, lately the other tank took the place of best tier 8 tank in my heart and mind. And that is, obviously, Bourrasque. It has way better mobility, it has camo better than some LTs. And it is small target too. While the Italian delivers impressive 720 damage in 4 seconds, the French does that in 2. And then reloads for 20 seconds instead of 35. I really feel Bourraque can play ambush TD, fast MT and LT roles. Indeed it has worse accuracy than the Italian and looong aiming time, but that can be compensated by proper tactics. Played both Prosciutto and Bourrasque just this weekend and in the beginning of the battle when you catch that juicy tier 9-10 HTs moving to their positions... 240 damage feels like a mosquito sting to them. Indeed 360 offers more satisfaction. And you get there faster and you run away getting less damage in B.

FYI. WG can never ever downgrade a vehicle that you bought for real money. Just like the company that made your car can't show up and take your wheels for example. You could literally sue them for it. BUT in QB's mind, even if you fire a regular shell with 1mm of penetration or use a small repair kit is pay to win. You pay credits for it just like you pay credits for premium shells, or food or whatever bond thing. Makes no difference, both are available for in-game currency. So it makes everyone a pay to win player inside the game if you're firing or using anything. You should just roll around with a tank you received for free and spot. That's free to play. In his opinion. Yes. The game has changed a lot. My tier 6 vk has no longer derp gun, so I sold it. They introduced tanks with higher and higher armor, they added tanks with higher and higher penetration. The only problem is that in the meanwhile they forgot about the T69.

Considering the fact that taking away the rammer is not a direct nerf, there was no NEED to buff the prog 46 which was already OP (and I have a prog 46!). I can somewhat understand not nerfing premium tanks but this prog 46 buff was uncalled for.

These guys are magic. If i was in any of those locations he was doing all that hp farming i would have had 6 tanks shooting at me. These guys seem to be invisible. Im spotted the second i peek out of cover but these guys never get spotted. Its miraculous.

It would probably help a lot if they properly balanced their newer premiums before releasing if it's that much of an issue, but honestly they are just maximizing short term profit over everything else.

It is not only the best preium Tank, it's also the strongest tier8. I like to play the Lor40T and tadaaa the T34-3 .

A tank so popular and OP that WG has never released it in the premium shop since it's mission marathon, unlike other tanks like the Bourasque, Renegade, etc.

Low ammunition storage isn't a problem in Frontline because you resupply your ammunition in-game.

The ammo and it's weak armor. If you can get into cover and snipe it's great. Funny I think mine still has a gun rammer

Have you tried a platoon of Borrasques? Not even 3 players, 2 is often enough to carry most battles. I enjoy these much more recently, I feel these are better than Progetto

It's very powerful, but it's also not the only premium tank that is this deadly. Bourassque for instance is also extremely powerful with it's 720 damage in 2 seconds and even better mobility. LT-432 is also amazing, Defender is near broken, too. I do not agree with the buffs, I think they did a poor job with "balancing" it after the rammer removal, but nerfing its DPM by 10+% would make a lot of owners upset, myself included. They should make it that if you put vents on it instead of the rammer you'd be at the exact same DPM as it was when it had the ability to mount the rammer.

Ofc the progetto I wanted a soviet to be the best tho hopefully they will buff the obj 274a or 44 100

what I don't get is that people get mad when their premiums are nerfed, but are very happy when their premiums are buffed. However when you ask them why they get angry about nerfs, they bring up the argument that they are getting something that they didn't pay for.....well.....if your tank gets buffed as well.....aren't you getting something you didn't pay for? I don't understand some of the people who play World of Tanks sometimes....

Well, if my games go arse backwards I jump into my Standard B, Progetto46 or S.Pershing to have some fun. Majority of times it's actually Standard B, i just love it mire than his tier 10 big bro lol

In my experience the best T8 premium tank is the Obj 703 II. The ability to double shot when needed, and otherwise can fire 1 by 1 for 390 alpha, combined with the insane frontal armour and 270 HEAT pen is just incredible.

I have also read somewhere that it's to do with EU law ( which the EU server has to follow ) regarding the sale of virtual goods for real money - the vendor is not allowed to subsequently change the product in a detrimental fashion without compensation. This is what WG fell foul off the last time they tried it. So Premium tanks can't have their published values changed -the only thing they can do is change ones you can't see.

the mm shoul be if the tank standard round cant pen you cant see the tank well that mean also the dpm cant be 2 time bigger than you standart pen cant be 50% higher
