Awesome it’s way more active than the other tai chi vids actually reminds you tai chi is for fighting much mor energized than fully slow paced tai chi

Could you do a tutorial of this form? It looks amazing to do, and a tutorial would be easier to learn from :)

Nice! If you like it, I'll put some more RU-vid vids like this one out! We may do a DVD and a Downloadable DVD coming up but the new RU-vid videos will come out first! Hope to like them!

I've always been fascinated by Tai Chi forms that call for not only slow movements, but sudden quick snaps, as well. This may be a sequence I'll work on. I love the Crane Qigong you recommended to me a few days ago through Facebook, btw. Keep up your amazing longevity arts!

I was there only for a few days and a couple nights! It was quite an adventure to get there, but honestly the mountain and temples there were so incredibly over populated with tourists that it took aways from the serenity! Hua Shan was much better!

This was great, been searching for "learning powerful methods to build your Chi energy" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Fellmeroni Rudimentary Chi - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my work buddy got excellent results with it.
