1. Journal all the reasons this relationship ended 2. Write a vision for what you want (regardless of this person) 3. "The Crossroads exercise": It's a meditation focused on gaining clarity about what feels life-giving. Exercise starts at: 4:55 • Intuition it's not about ideas that you see in ur mind or a voice you hear. Your intuition lives in your body, you know what direction to go by what feels life-giving. Life-giving desicions > Life-giving experiences > Life-giving results • Something that is logical maybe looks bright and shiny at that time, but internally it feels heavy, it feels tight, it feels stressful. I never go back. If he broke up with me, that means he's lonely and is looking for an easy connection... well not interested because what ever irritated him the first time will irritate him again. If I broke off with him, I have suffered long enough, trying to make it work before breaking it off that even with the time passing amnesia I know I can do better. 💖🌞🌵😷

Solid advice! I'd add pay attention to their behaviour during/after the breakup. Their behaviour when they lose access to you tells you a lot about them.

Great exercise. Here's what I noticed: the energy of the good times with him are still there. The only thing that needs to change is him accepting me as his wife. He's very supportive and enjoys helping in the ways I need help. The path without him, my current path, is void of his indecisiveness which is freeing... as I continue to pursue my own dreams. His dreams are still in alignment with my own. Then I considered us married, with him being supportive of the things that excite me, and me being supportive of the things that excite him, moving and finding new friends together that share our energy. So... what I see... is that this crossroad is for him to decide what is best for him and his own dreams... because I will be fine regardless. But he's been my best friend for a long time and while I would truly enjoy him deciding on us... I'm well aware Life will find a way to bring me someone new should he choose to stay the same. Thank you for this exercise 👊❤

That's true you start to focus on everything that was good as if doing it a mental pros and cons but you start with the pros automatically especially when you're not with someone so be very careful don't jump into anything under your pros and cons list and continue to date

What if the only reason is he didn't want commitment. It came out of nowhere. He also still contacts me almost every day. If I try to not answer but he says I'm sorry almost everytime. Everything else was great. 😢

i was in this too. When i finally decided to walk away after a year of constant rejection. It tore me up .(Please don't let this happen to you)It was still so painful i tried to date and didn't work out but as i go through those pain i learned to be strong . Now i can say in a better place and working on my life. Suddenly he reached out again but i know i have move on . I still care but I want to give myself a chance for new possibilty in life. And have faith that all those pain will be rewarded with joy and genuine love.Wish you love and happiness dear

For me to have made someone an ex, they must have treated me badly. They don't get the gift of a second chance to be in my life when they desecrated the first chance they were given. If they didn't value me the first time, they don't get a second chance.
