That "suitcase" is a set of bar tools for making mixed drinks. Cause I saw the barspoon and the jigger which looks like a 2 sided cup which is used to measure. That's neat!

The basket you call "little guy" is really something special. It is made by the Tarahumara in Mexico. You should always be able to smell pine needles. A friend gave me one years ago and it has gone all over the world with me.

It inspires me to go thrifting instead of buying new (although here in Switzerland we don’t have that many Thrift stores) ! My fav item of this haul was definitely the blanket : looking so high quality and unique! Also, that mini pair of mom jeans was just too cute ! 😭😭😍😍😍

My parents had a rule growing up that if ever we went to the shops and my sister or I found a book we wanted they would buy it for us. It worked out well for us, maybe it is something to think about with Eloise for when you guys go to the thrift store, since they are so cheap there and it will further encourage her love for reading and books!

Your thrift shops look amazing, I live in England and our Charity shops/antique markets aren’t quite the same, but I’m also a avid lover of them, 80% of my home is from these types of stores. my mother loves to thrift , she always buys clothes for me and for my sister. . I also do thrifting since now I work on the other country, it helps me to save more money that I need to send money to my family . I found alot of good quality and branded clothes. but here we dont have much alot of thrift store. sending my love orgininally from Philippines but Im working now here in Romania for almost 2 years. ❤❤❤😊😊😊

I’m going home to St. Louis soon and I have plans to go thrifting there! I’m dying for a good pair of Everlane mom jeans and I’m more likely to find them in my hometown verses where my family lives right now! I loooovvveee wooden bowls. So much. I’m starting to gather some 9-12 month clothes for our 4 month old Juniper for the fall and I can’t wait to thrift some good things for her!
