i couldn't agree with you more on this i found this canal way out in glades off 27 been going almost every sunday morning catching some decent fish then i take a day off of work during the week and i go out there mid day thinking its gonna be tough i was wrong first fish was almost 5 then after i didn't have a smaller fish then 2lbs just blowing a spook out of the water i had probably caught 20-30 fish in 4hrs the hottest hours of the day too.
