i know people ask to omit the loft but think about using it as storage. It’s good for switching out seasonal clothing, large kitchen appliances like mixers, crockpots or blenders, extra food and water storage, a place to keep arts and crafts and your luggage.

I love this one! Finally someone is listening! Coat hooks, pantry, deep kitchen sink, bar stool accessibility , tall showers, washer dryer hook up etc! The only request for me a dishwasher & “mini split” units! Then this would be an ideal home! I loved the small enclosed top floor! Grandkids could play safely up there! I have looked at these small homes for years in hopes to purchase! Out of all the homes/ builders-this company listened well! Best 399 sq fter I have seen!👍

I also have to add that I really appreciate how you talked about and described why you did certain things for good reason. Like the reason the upstairs area dropped down into the bedroom directly down below. And the information about the washer and dryer option. That was a good salesman for the customer's options and their pockets. Good detail... I never comment on these videos because I rarely can stand how the person that is recording and describing the details of the home talks.. these people have no clue why or how the construction was made for a particular reason.

Out of all the tiny home builders I've seen, by far, you have the most beautiful designs and make use of ALL the space so there's no dead space💜but.....I will never be able to afford them. My hope, when tiny homes started becoming popular was the prices would be competitive & as a single mom with twins I could afford to own my own. Instead the homes have become a air bnb investment or Fad with luxury. Your still my favorite, I recommend you to anyone I can personal or business. I will just have to hold out for the lottery☺️

Gossssshhhhhh!!!!! I really like this. NOW THIS is MORE REALISTIC. It truly feels like home especially in the living room and kitchen, fire 🔥 place, all the windows, the beautiful comfortable grey colors and damn even a loft. I feel at home seriously. Put this place somewhere up against a mountain ⛰ back drop with a view of some water, maybe a stream, river etc, feels like a cozy home in Colorado. 💕 💕💕💕😩⛰🙌🏿🔥

That is gorgeous! Do you ever do Florida areas?? I moved in here in 1986 & worked in Tampa. Every day I would pass by a tiny house place. They called them "park models" at the time!

It's a solid floor plan. I would convert the rear window in the bedroom into a door and possibly add a rear deck or sun room.I would definitely go with loft railing instead of th transom windows.
