So, I bought this watch from you guys. I am very happy with it. Keeps great time, feels great on the wrist, and is a looker that I really like. It is just different enough, yet reserved enough for every day wear. While I might want to mostly wear this in summer or warmer weather, it's currently my go to because it's just so darn nice.

So, my initial accuracy measurement is over. +12 seconds per month. Per month. Certina and ETA deserved my respect, even though this C07.611 is unregulatable outside the factory. Impressive watch indeed.

This looks to be a very nice watch. I'm a huge fan of Titanium, it's my favorite watch material. Titanium seems to be very popular now, there are many affordable watches being made with it. I do wish you had done a side by side comparison with the 43mm. Neither size seems good. This watch is too small and a 43mm is too large.

How does it wear? Isn't 38mm a bit too small?
@donaldgrump5393
@donaldgrump5393 15 дней назад
@@BigNews2021that depends on wrist size. For 6-6.5’’ wrists it’s perfect. For 7.5’’ as shown in the video, it looks small. They do 43mm version for larger wrists.

What a great offering by Certina! Really considering adding this to my collection. I do love smaller dive watches like the Sinn U50 or Christopher Ward C60 Trident Pro 300 which was also 38mm (not available anymore). Whilst I'm loving big and bulky dive watches like Panerai as well on my wrist I'm also really into the lighter Titanium versions. I did own the Tudor Pelagos as well as the German Tutima M2 Seven Seas which are both in grade 2 Titanium. But I never had the combination of a 38mm diver with a Titanium case & bracelet so this Certina would tick all my boxes for a unrivaled price! Thanks for showing Teddy!

I own this watch and Teddy’s review is spot on. I’ll offer one additional con and one additional pro from my perspective. Con: The combination of the male end links and the curved caseback make the gap between the lug and the wrist (mainly on the 12:00 side for my particular wrist) more pronounced than it should be on a watch of this case size. The point of a midsize diver is to hug smaller wrists, and unfortunately this one doesn’t sit quite right if it gets off-centered. This problem goes away when putting it on a two-piece strap. I have it on an Artem sailcloth strap and it fits like a dream. Pro: This is more of a “delayed” pro- when I first bought the watch, I thought the bezel action was too stiff and found it hard (and borderline painful/uncomfortable) to turn the bezel. As I broke it in, I’m happy to say that the stiffness went away, but the sharp clickiness and satisfying sound remained. Brilliant bezel action now, imo. I’d highly recommend this watch to anyone who likes this case size!

@benjaminwerling8105 7 месяцев назад
Thanks for the added comment on the watch. I'm conflicted, because having a small wrist (6.1 inch), I struggled finding a decently sized dive watch. This Certina looks perfect on that regard, but since you mention having a gap due to the bracelet, it's seems wasted on two front: one, it doesn't hug the wrist as it should, and two having a titanium bracelet only to have to replace it is sad. Would you see the gap in question is that big ?

I have a 43mm version, and love it. Like you said Teddy, one of best value watches out there in this segment and broader. Also my 43mm version has a higher quality clasp with tons of micro adjustments on the fly with just a push of a button(s)

I've had this watch for a few months now and I really like it. I honestly think it's one of the best value watches on the market being full titanium & a Swiss brand with genuine heritage. The only downfall for me is the end links. This watch being on the smaller end of the dive watch market could really do with having female end links which would help it fit smaller wrists even better than it currently does. Obviously it's not perfect but for 1k USD I'm happy with my purchase

I am patiently waiting for this watch to arrive from a stockist for Christmas, I have worked in the watch industry and the spec of this watch on paper plus it’s undeniably good looks has had me finally opening my wallet. I managed to snap one up in a black Friday sale at just over £600, I’ll add some further comments once I’ve got hands on time with it but thanks for the video and all the comments it’s nice to no I’m not alone in understanding what goes into a nice watch 👍

So I’ve had it on the wrist for three weeks now and it’s superb, initial thoughts were for my wrist it was a bit smaller than expected when I first put it on but I’m now more than happy with the size it’s absolutely perfect, the weight is good despite the titanium the movement weight is there and it’s not tinny at all, the lume is impressive and I’m perfectly happy with that, the time keeping is unreal it’s gained 5 seconds in three weeks it’s had so many compliments, the bracelet is comfy and suits it well but has scratched and marked more than I would of expected so I’m adding a nato strap to it in the new year and I’ll keep the bracelet for occasions. Honestly I couldn’t be happier with my choice

Oh also looking at sgroup swiss watches certina is closest to tissot (by price) but Certina does offer so much more in a package. Like you get crazy water resistances, ds action, etc. At the same price where you just get classy looking watch from Tissot. I think Certina is really good value watches. Not sure how long they work, I just have mine for 3 years.

Great video Teddy. Just purchased from you. Cannot wait to get it! I have a blue dial SS 42mm DS Action Diver, but this so reminds me of my Longines Hodinkee Zulu Titanium and BB58, both in 38mm. Greetings from The Netherlands. Certina watches are much better known on this side of the Pond. They produce some seriously good watches. This model is on my must have list. Just look at it. It's has an understated elegance to it. For a timepiece that's essentially a tool watch, this is high praise. Certina punch way harder than their price tags indicate. Go Certina!

Handsome dial and hands, and good to see that it uses a mid-range Powermatic movement without the plastic escapement. But what grade titanium is it? I'm assuming 2, the lower end stuff. Bracelet looks inferior, what with the pressed metal clasp and the pin links and few micro adjustments. And the ever-annoying 19mm lug width.

There is obviously too small, just like there is too big. Most people wouldnt wear a 30 or 32mm watch nowadays. To me I'd say anything below 36 is too small. 38 to me is perfect and in fact I own this watch in stainless steel. I love it. But watch size is subjective and a preference, and it also depends on wrist sizes. To me this watch looks too small for the 19cm wrist shown on the video. If he doesn't like it, no problem. No need to call him insecure because of that lol I'm sure you have your own tastes.
