I hooked onto leathercaft and wanted to make a tote for a friend. I was searching about useful features and dug through a lot of youtube videos. And your video was the most helpful. Thank you for your work, really appreciate. Didn't know that handle traction is important!

Thank you for the variety of totes shared. I also like the Madewell transport line and they come in several sizes. My fav go to is the L41 simple tote.

Loved your review I own the large urban tote in black and I love it it is the bomb you can't kill it I love that tote haven't tried any of the others that you shown but I can say the large urban tote gets my vote

ThePerfectLeatherBag - I’m so glad WP won in the end🏆🥇🎖🏅🎗 I still love the Epic Showdown Video between you and Annie! I’ve watched it over and over. I have so many Vintage WP & Love41 Simple totes because of that video. They are definitely my favorite for work and everyday carry. You sold me on the WP base and Annie sold me on the lovely tabacco patina. I can’t believe you’ve had your WP for 5 years already. It still looks amazing. My WP is 4 years old. I’m definitely a fan of the original brand, I haven’t tried anything new since they rebranded. I have their Cargo tote, their Large Tote (the one with extra rivets on the sides), and their Standard tote (the one with the buckles), 3 small pouches for organization - all so beautiful. I have 4 of the Love41 tote organizers, they are soooo amazing for holding train tickets, receipts, pens, sunglasses, etc. I have 1 Love41 Bucket tote, 1 cosmetic pouche, and smaller purses/pouches that I forgot the names. I have 3 Portland Leather totes with zippers and Go Forth Goods has an option to add zippers & magnets to their totes. Both of these are excellent for work and travel. Very safe when using public transport. I also have 1 Madewell Transport tote and 2 Madewell mini Transport totes with zippers, these are so nice and comfy for everyday carry. I have only 1 Fry tote, I forgot the name of it but the leather is buttery soft. It also has a detachable base that I can take out and use on other totes as well. My favorite floppy tote is the Chic Sparrow Rustic tote. I have several of those in different colors. It’s an oil tanned leather, thick and rich, smells amazing, scratches can buff out easily. The company makes amazing travelers notebooks, the leather variety and colors are beautiful. For travelers notebooks, my favorite leathers are Chic Sparrow Creme Leather and the Maverick Leather. As always, love your videos, appreciate your research and dedication. The graphs were excellent bonus material! I took screenshots of them 👍🏼! I have to say 👋 this is the first video of yours that came up as a suggestion and in the last two days I have watched more of your videos and I absolutely love your choice of bags. I have ordered two bags today based on watching your videos 🤭 and once I used them for a bit I will show them on my channel. I have been on the hunt for the ever elusive perfect leather bag for years! I have gone through quite a few bag brands (main stream) over the years in my bag journey. But I have always preferred non-common, quiet brand bags, (with exceptional leather and quality) which are sooo hard to find! I am subscribing and thank you, keep the bag videos coming! 🛍👜

Another fabulous video. I think the Love 41 simple is so easy to carry due to the soft unlined straps and the lightness of the tote. I am surprised you don’t have any Koch leather totes or R&T in the video. Two of my favorites.

When a mfg sends you a bag to show and critique, and you keep it, do you pay them for it. I love your videos and the way you joke around, it's very entertaining and I have watched a lot of them Keep up the good work.

When a company agrees to work with me it can look like a lot of different things. They might offer me a discount, they let me borrow the bag and return it because the company wont let me keep it, or they send me the bag to keep in exchange for 1-2 videos of 10 minutes or more (5-8 hours of work filming/editing). Its ALWAYS verbally disclosed within the first 30 seconds of a video, per FTC laws and a disclosure at the bottom of the description box. A lot of bloggers dont disclose, but I'm very passionate about it because I want people to know how I acquired a bag. This hobby started 5 years ago when I'd buy the bags or borrow my friends. I'm so glad things have developed the way they have. I believe seeing what a bag can do, what it can hold, how it wears and pros and cons can be powerful tools for consumers to have before they buy a bag. I'm happy to provide this service. This is a great question and I'm always happy to answer people and be as open of a book as I can. I still buy my own bags and borrow friends time to time. Its just a great perk when I get a bag in exchange for a review. Thanks for watching!! Take care!

Very helpful video but I'm sad you left out my go to company, Portland Leather Goods based out of Portland Oregon. They do custom work including make up bags etc. Love your collection but you seem stuck on 2 brands, I'm a Portland Leather Goods girl, gotta rep them
