For our big debut we’re at Zahter in Soho to try their amazing Antep Kuru Dolma - which is freekeh and bulgur stuffed dried aubergine with yogurt. A traditional Turkish dish packed full of fresh flavours, it blew us away. We hope you enjoy this as much as we did!
