First of all, your video on Kevin Can F Himself finally pushed me to watch it and I'm very glad I did! It has such a refreshingly broken lead character, not to mention the use of the sitcom trope(s) in contrast with the "real world." Sure, it took some time getting going, but boy did it still deliver. Anyway, I did come up with a couple of shows that I feel are underrated or just underappreciated. The Americans (six seasons) - One of my favourite shows of all time, without exaggeration. Two Russian spies integrate themselves as a married couple in the US during the Cold War and the show's six seasons basically follow their mission and their marriage/family life. The show's creator said that it really is ultimately a show about marriage and it shows. It's slow and intensely character focused, but everyone gives astounding performances, the soundtrack is bomb, production design is equally excellent. It did get Emmy attention in its last few years and while it is a critical darling, I still feel like it's underrated because it's mostly a slow series. Devs (one season, miniseries) - Conceptually kind of similar to Mr. Robot, actually. At least the vibe I get from it seems so. Alex Garland created it (he made Ex Machina), so his themes of free will are especially present here. It's a short miniseries, but one that has been surprisingly underlooked. It's again, pretty slow, but it is truly worth it to see the payoff. It's visually distinct enough that it can be differentiated from similar projects and it has a lot to say. Great performances, very contemplative with a well-done mystery at its core. Definitely worth a watch. Snowpiercer (two seasons, third coming, renewed for a fourth) - A show that solely (and wrongly imo) relied too much on its movie predecessor during its marketing campaign, when it's really an entirely different project. It becomes its own thing by the end of S1 and is a much closer adaptation of the original graphic novel. If you can get past the procedural cop gimmick they implement in the first half of the first season, you'll be treated to a significantly improved S2, with Sean Bean as a delightfully fun villain. The visuals of the show are fun, especially the exterior shots of Snowpiercer. The soundtrack is consistently great, the characters become increasingly more layered and endearing, you get to see much more of the train itself than you could in the movie and for small detail junkies like myself, the show is littered with small neat things about how the whole thing works. It is very on the nose regarding certain themes, but it's really just fun. Agents of Shield (seven seasons) - I know, I know, it's a Marvel project, how can it be underrated? But it has, from its inception, always been considered as the black sheep of the MCU (when it was still a part of it, anyway). The whole "it's all connected" thing got dropped pretty quickly, but it provided one of the most intriguing comic adaptation debates in recent history. The fact that a Marvel movie influenced a show in the same universe to such degree that it did, was unprecedented. And then Marvel decided that, yo fuck AoS, which was a shame. Cause as average as the first half of the first season was, it got a jolt of creative and plot related energy, gradually becoming better and better. It reached a surprising level of depth, character development, pure fun action and simply great storytelling as it went on. S4 is arguably the best season in writing, plot and action, and imo one of the best executed seasons of superhero television. So, from a extremely hyped cultural juggernaut to a scrappy underdog, AoS is really a show about overcoming the odds. It is still Marvel, so you kind of know what to expect, but it's endearing and therefore worth a gander. Sorry, this came out longer than I thought!

No worries, man! Thanks for the recommendations. The only one of these I've seen is Devs and I loved it. I might do a video on Devs in the future

Interesting list you compiled! Mr. Robot will always remain my favorite show of all time. If you like Comedies that have Drama Elements I would absolutely recommend Moral Orel. It paved the way for modern day Adult Animation like Bojack Horseman, Rick & Morty!
