Recently I have watched your videos on making a ginger bug, sauerkraut and kimchi. I agree with you that fermented foods are a forgotten food group with amazing health benefits. In Steve's "What I eat in a day" video, he mentioned that it is pretty easy to brew your own apple cider vinegar. Later he showed us a container of apple cider vinegar that was, "...just starting off...". Do you think you could show us how to make our own too? Thanks so much.

Wild sourced food, always a shot in the arm-metaphorically speaking😀 I love dressings made with herbal oils for that daily lift...and for deeper body healing and resetting the herbal tinctures are great for that reason. Schizandra being the one I would take daily or any of the adaptogens. Every dish on this video had my mouth watering ... Total inspiration🌈
