I wish I had done this practice before sleeping!! I was very anxious for some reason and couldn't get decent rest. But doing this now before a 12.5 hour night shift has really helped! Thanks so much and I am so happy your channel is growing!!
Sorry, let me add an original thought lol the main benefit I believe is coming from having a more conscious awareness of my breathing as I go through out my day and encounter stressors, allowing me to breath deeper, slow down and think things through easier.
I combine breath work and mindfulness meditation in the morning, first thing. It helps a lot! But it took a few weeks of consistently making it a practice for the effects to kick in. I was using these videos and the book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels, which had some cool mindfulness exercises that I connected with. Be free everyone! You have the ability to silence your mind and enjoy inner quietude.
Such an awesome way to start out the week with this relaxing session! I really liked the change up with this one. The music and the slow rhythm were really nice and very relaxing! Went into this with anxiety and now I feel much more relaxed. Much love to everyone!

I’d so love if you’d keep counting when there isn’t a beat to sync breath to! I found it a little hard to keep track of the counts on my own so I couldn’t fully relax. thanks again. 🙏 Quite often you ask you ask "What brings me here?" well apart from your excellent videos, I had slightly high blood pressure and have had a medical procedure that required me to do pelvic floor exercises every now and then. I have been following your work for 3 months and the blood pressure is now normal and my post op symptoms have gone away. Happy Days 👍👍👍👍
