Hi, Micaela! Based on our system, you would do all your starter tasks room by room until you hit every room of the facility. That is trash removal, dusting, wiping surfaces, and interior glass. We recommend doing the bathrooms together, this is sanitor. You'd then finish with all the vacuuming for the facility, checking back on your work as you go to ensure you didn't miss anything. Each of our bids comes with a service schedule that determines what tasks will be performed and those monthly tasks you mentioned are part of that, meaning they are factored into the bid and that is explained to our customers. If there is a special event happening, we make sure that the space looks its best as that is on us, but any additional clean-up after or before that doesn't fall under our scope of work would be an additional charge. It comes down to setting a fair and accurate price from the start so you don't have to charge more for every little thing you know will come up in the future.
