I have had my 2200 for 2 years and I have welded pretty well every thing metal except stainless. What i did was order 2 torches. one 15 ft for steel and one 12 foot with teflon liner for aluminum and silicon bronze. It is a very good welder I highly recomend it , yes it cost more but it is quality and durable and it works every time . It is also quiet no fan noise till you push it to the max duty cycle then fan is quiet and shuts off sooner than any other welder i have used.
Rolls Royce of welders, hope the new ones are still good. Japanese electronics. 👍 Good to see you happy 😸☺️😸☺️😸😸☺️. Lol. Stay safe and thanks for sharing.
Hi mate it will not be long I've just finished recording some videos on this I will put them up on the Channel in a few months I always share everything with my patreons first
@@bodgitandleggitgarage if I look at there shop and take in there advertising I will probably have to get 1 and then endure the grief from the wife go on how much then I can way up if it's worth the ear ache
@@bodgitandleggitgarage go on how much ignorance is bliss I'm itching to look help me put it to the back of my head on the other hand if it is in my budget I'll just get one 😉
or are you not saying for the same reason lol my wife sorts my book's so I can't not tell her and explaining why spending for example 1000 on something you could get for 100 is best in the long run
Looking at the other reviews on youtube, they all agree with you.... I would have liked to see you weld with it..... right now as expensive as it is I think its going to hopefully be my first and last welder as it seems to tick every box
@@GuestInMyOwnCountry I'm in Wales, use google and speak to the dealers, just know that there are different packages available. lots just come with a mig torch, I'd get the package with Mig ,tig, mma torches included, should be around £2650 with inc vat for the lot,
hi mate it hads SYNCHROPULSE SEAM RIPPLING FOR ALUMINUM ALLOYS The “SynchroPulse” option is recommended for the welding of aluminum alloys when a rippled seam appearance is required. This effect is achieved by modifying the welding power between two operating points.
Looks a nice piece of kit but i could never justify that amount for my hobby use. If its for your work and living fair play. Googled it but could only find info on the 2200. Looking forward to seeing some arcs and sparks. Hopefully wont have the annoying little traits that my cheap chinese set up included in the price but you get what you pay for.
