Put the vaporiser in a vice, get it cherry red with heat and pump the fuel inlet and a long curly worm will come out and it's fixed. Then leave it soaking in dpf cleaner a couple of hours. There ya go. Don't buy car it looks real mingy

Yes as the guy below here said take it out heat it up and clean it it will work. It's no wonder your customers run there cars until they Stop! I can now understand the problem. "Great Stuff Leon" 👍

Same issue with parts here in Spain, Customs a nightmare, delivery companies a nightmare, they also charge an admin fee on top of customs duty. Nice video.

Buy it, make some money Leon 🙏🏻 Had 40,000 miles of DPF misery with my Renault Master, had to have a new DPF fitted Saturday morning after cleaning the original too often myself (blame youtube making it look easy, Steve Davis syndrome) & not having much hair left to pull out. Got to the point of doing 1000 mile oil changes due to constant regens.

If you have not sorted out the problem the new DPF will just clog up again ! The DPF is getting clogged as something else is wrong with the system causing it to block & trying to regen itself You need to look at live data and see that everything is working correct Think of a DPF as a blister - the blister is a result of rubbing - blisters do not appear for nothing !

If the dosing valve looks anything like the one on the mk7 Transit 2.2tdci fwd euro 5 engine, I cut the end off the valve drilled all the carbon out of it and welded the end back onto it and ground it back down so it slotted back into the exhaust, that was just shy of 2 years ago and the fault has never come back and it still regens with no problems

My Mk4 2007, thankfully hasn't had DPF issues and is now on 230,000 miles. Generally reliable but is now starting to need some money spending. Eg, it needs a new timing belt, and needs a new front subframe due to rust.. The mk4.5 Mondeo is known for vaporizer issues. At least Ford didn't program these like Peugeot and the other PSA (now stellantis) companies do, where they throw an EML until the DPF is "replaced" at 120,000 miles aka 180,000 km as proven time and again by the Irishman on RU-vid who now resides in southern England somewhere and constantly does DPF repairs..
