Hi! We're Nick and Jen, a retired military veteran of 14 years and professional dancer/entertainer at Coyote Ugly Bar. 12:16 I agree Jen, "looks good to me" also. Those mic's are working very well, you won't need to yell or be concerned about hearing over the wind. It's a wood shed, it needs to be quirky and doesn't need to be fully 'square'. Great job. 👍 Also the benefit of having your own dump trailer is that you don't need to 'transfer' your rubbish, so no (or minimal) rehandling. And lets face it, no unwanted critters finding a permanent supply 😉

Hey yall, I live alone and I am efficient when it comes to food and packaging. I produce so little garbage, I wash my garbage so it doesn't attract bugs. Our area just gave us those large wheeled garbage cans and it takes 6 weeks to make enough garbage to even fill up a tall kitchen garbage bag for me. In summer my cats poo outside so I don't need to change their litter as often. I used to rinse and toss the wet cat food tins into my recycle, but with everything going up, I stated holding onto them so I can get paid to recycle them as they are aluminum. 720 cans per year has to be worth something more than nothing.. Last year I used those tins to make passive solar collectors to help heat my home. Riveted together and painted flat black, stick in a window and they get quite hot. They saved 25% on energy to heat my home on sunny winter days. My home is extremely large, so I hang onto cardboard boxes and make forts for my cats. I change them often to spark interest in my cats during the winter, when they cant go outside.

wow! that is interesting! Our cats are mousers and they get most of the bugs and critters that go to the trash. Isn't the circle of life and recycling amaxing. Most of our trash is plastic, glass & metals.

After two girls inherit the family ranch they decide to build up the herd and they needed a bull. The brunette tells the blonde she is going to the stockyard to by a bull and hopes to get it for 600. Upon purchase the blonde was suppose to come with the trailer and pick it up. The auctioneer says he can not sell it but for 599. So the brunette goes to the telegraph office to send her sister a message. The price was 99 cents a word. So the brunette says send the word comfortable. The clerk says how is that going to work and she says Come-for-da-bull.

Horse are more than owning a boat. If you know the theory of a boat. ( break out another thousand ) you’re lucky if that’s all it is with a horse. But they are fun to love on. Also. Fries and fry sauce from junction. Just the best 😊

Horses can be very expensive, and a lot of work. I’d definitely have her take riding/care lessons for an extended period of time before even thinking about getting one.

Wood shed turned out great. The floor should be water sealed to make it last longer. Going to the dump is one of those things you simply need to do but it makes such a big difference when done you don't mind doing it. Getting a dump trailer will be good for you guys. You'll then make more frequent runs to the dump and it won't be such an ugly task. Plus the place will look cleaner all the time because you can clean up more frequently and get ride of it easier. Moisture/water sitting on top of RSB can promo rapid rot and decay. Just mix some old oil with a little diesel and mop the schit out of it!😜

Could you use the rest of the pallets to put the wood on for easier hauling to the house in the winter. Could you layer of the pallets with wood for aeration and easier lift transport to the deck? I don’t know how high those things go, I’m just a girl lol.

The shed looks fantastic but unfortunately they are not available in the UK 😢. But the wood shed looks awesome, however I would have used pallets for the floor as it would allow air to circulate from the bottom too. Also it would have been 2 pallets deep and 4 1/2 across 😊. I must admit I have loved watching your videos as it allows me to live vicariously through you both, as I would never be able to do what you two do as I’m disabled and in the UK. Besides land in the UK is either stupid money or protected (which means you can’t build on it 😢).

Hey guys, I mentioned this before, but I think it might be worth mentioning again. There might be something up with your YT settings. I am surprised why your subscribers are not growing cos ye are so good. When I see your channel it shows just left of the subscribe button the bell but with yours the bell is always greyed out with a line across it, (like not in use if you know what I mean). I have only ever seen this on your channel and never on any other channel I subscribe to. So I am wondering with algorithms on YT if this has some thing to do with your numbers. You may want to seal the OSB blowing winds will blow snow or rain in there .. OSB will be swelling and destroyed in no time

You need to drill some small holes in the bottom of that OSB for airflow

@4:34 The second sheet of roofing is backwards. The rib with the longer edge goes on the bottom. @5:56 You can see that the top rib is not seated correctly, because the seam has two bottom ribs. I cannot tell if other sheets are backwards. Hopefully you did not make this mistake on the apartment roof.

Get Ricky to do the work involved in caring for a horse as well as riding. They are hard work to maintain. Also try leasing first when the time is right. Buyer always beware.

I'm from Australia here you can lease before you buy, to find out contact horse groups in your area, you will need a bomb oroof pony fir Ricky. Make sure they are a reputable company or stable. Get her to join a riding school where she can learn what is needed to care for a horse. It's far more involved than just riding. Riding lessons are a good beginning.

Growing up as a youngster we lived out in the middle of nowhere. We had like you tons (?) of garbage to contend with. My mom once a week would burn our garbage and once every few months or so would take whatever did not burn to the dumpsite. Burning our garbage reduced our need for landfill trips greatly. So why can't you do the same thing? It saves trips to the dump and is less burdensome for the landfill. Just suggesting..... Firewood shed turned out fantastic by the way. ..... Me southern AZ.

i agree with you, we burn as well. Im not a fan of burning plastic, metal or glass though. That all has to be dumped. Mostly because it doesnt really burn. Most of what is in the dump tailer is that. thank you so much! AZ is awesome, You have some beautiful scenery aroudn there!

If you do decide to get the kids a horse have a look at horse plus humane society or horse plus hero's....they have many horses up for adoption and they can find the best fit for you as well as giving a horse a loving forever home

Give Ricky the riding experience, but she must spend the time in care and feeding a Horse. I’ve seen it to many times, and the horse ends up in the back yard, bored, hungry, and develops a lot of bad habits and even get sick easy. 😖

You may want to look at a lease / rent, after the lessons and you get closer to a buy. That way if it doesn’t work out you’re not stuck with an animal you have to feed and / or sell.

I am proof it grows back I never shaved it before the Air Force now I like it even after 37 years after basic. It just makes it so much cooler during the summer.
