To this day, Nona and Justin have the best pallettes in HK history, although there have been contestants with higher or similar scores, they genuinely had the harder ingredients

Root celery was the most bizarre thing to miss for me as it has such a strong distinctive taste, absolutely nothing like carrot aside from the texture. Missing it is borderline mistaking horseradish for carrot. Makes me think they found the blandest root celery in existence and had them taste that
