THE BETTER SPEED TRAINER: Nike Zoom Fly 5 vs Tempo NEXT% 

I prefer the Zoom Fly 5. Def not as fast but very stable and a more cruisy type of shoe. Very durable as well. I ran a half marathon race with it. You definitely have to strike it the right way for it to be effective: mid-foot for sure. The Tempo can be taken to higher paces but very unstable in lower paces. Very loud as well. 😂 Not as durable either.

I have both. Tempo Next is bouncy and fast but requires a break-in period for the react heel to soften up. Zoom fly 5 has a dull ride but is more rockered than the Tempo. I regret getting the Zoom Fly 5

Easy , tempos all day , everyday

Been running in the tempo’s now for nearly 3 years, absolutely love them but durability is poor and I’ve exchanged 3 pairs through my Nike membership. Now there are no more in the Nike shop. What’s my next shoe? Looking at the zoom fly 5. Is this the right way to go?

why u say 100 mm drop shoes good for forefoot strike? its high heels.....

They are mid foot strike shoes not forefoot.
