i hated penny in this episode, she is in his apartment, takes his food when she already has her plate, doesn't pay for her food, gets to watch what she wants on TV and also wants to take his spot and then for the rest of the episode she tortures him in the most petty ways
@@monamiepaul896 raj once said in an interview that they wont actually eat the food in the show. they spit it out once the camera is out. so this is not about penny touching food or not, most of the food we see on the screen goes wasted.
Ahhh yes the freeloader who uses their Wi-Fi gets free food, has been helped with rent payments who had her own food in front of her has definetly got the right to be mad.
To be fair minus paying her rent, that's what called being a good hostess. See see in multiple comments people harping on the WiFi issue, like who cares. It comes with the cable as a package deal. Second, it's kind of disrespectful to bring your own food to someone else's house without asking them first. One thing I will say is you don't take food off of someone else's plate.
@@alski200 actually they buy food and share the bill.Leonard used to pay for her. But in one episode after they broke up, they ordered a large pizza and he asked her to pay since they weren't together anymore,Turns out she was broke and ended up not paying him. So you see she's a little intrusive in their lives..
@@alski200 they still payed for the wifi and she used it. The bringing food thing would be true if they made the own food. Even when she was with leonerd, he used to pay for her stuff.
@@creatureofhabit7049 its still someone elses food. and she did it even without asking first. she said shes hungry while her food is literally in front of her
Especially the touching people’s food. That shit is just unhygienic. It’s different if they were a couple, and even then for Sheldon that’s weird because he’s not a sexual creature per se.
2:20 here folks. You can clearly see Sheldon being reasonable and asking a question. Penny: a freeloader who mooches food and wifi takes food from another plate when there is food in front of her. SHE IS IN THE WRONG
I had a little debate about it but, I guess food is the most importanting for everyone, I hate it when people touch my food. Like , it isn't that I don't want to share, I can even buy more if you want some, but that's my plate.
You people do realize that the amount of things penny, leonard, amy, Howard, raj and bernadette had to endure just to satisfy a man child is a much more bigger factor here? I agree with the no touching of food part but strikes? Classes? Isn't that more annoying? His mother was the one who told him to apologise and she sides with sheldon and knows him more than anyone. You really can't argue with that.
Gotta agree with Sheldon, I don’t care who the person is, no one touches food on my plate. Penny is a free loader who mooches off the gang because they’ll give her anything she wants because she’s pretty
@@OHCAM5 You don't touch somebody else's food without permission. also she said she was hungry then why not eat her own food that is LITERALLY IN FRONT OF HER!
@@jabe9672 Didn't you ever have a friend take a fry or something like that they didn't order for themselves but just wanted one. That's what happened here. Sheldon is just being dramatic as usual.
It’s funny how I used to be on Penny’s side when I was younger and more naive, but looking back now I agree with Sheldon in every way. Penny has been living off of them ever since she moved in and she gets mad when Sheldon sets her straight? She’s a child.
Declan - instead of calling people stupid, it is common to say that "they ride in the back end of the bus". In this case, Penny is even ruder by saying that there is no busses for Sheldon to ride in.
I think it just literally what it states. Sheldon always force Penny to give him a ride to everywhere especially train store. Hence, what Penny means here is she will never give Sheldon a ride if he keeps criticizing her. So, Sheldon will not able to go back because the buses don't reach their apartment area.
@@alski200 It's not at all. Giving someone your work email id and getting memes is not something you'd expect or like no matter how much you like memes. Secondly, she could have just asked for an onion ring but instead takes it from his food when he isn't looking. Plus, from day one Sheldon said that it's his fuckin spot, and it's his house, and probably his couch so why the fuck would someone sit on his spot at his time and not get banished?
@@ravenfantasy5680 For starters he's not a five year old even though he acts like one when the doesn't get his way. Second that is totally excessive because it's a place to sit. Who cares where someone sits in the a house or an apartment. The only reason why he overreacts is because that would bring a change to his environment since you watch the show. You would be able to tell, he doesn't know how to adapt at all.
@@taevlicious162 Parts a it I do like when Penny touches his onion rings, yes I get that. I think it's a little extreme to throw all the onion rings away when he could've just gave them all to her and taken his burger out but he has very little to no common sense.
Yes touching food on someone else's plate isn't acceptable. But Sheldon questioning Leonard whether all his 'food expectations' were met isn't right. He is going out and bringing you food every single day! He doesn't have the right to question him in such a way!
Hill Billy Penny wouldn't understand it. 😂 no sense asking her to respect someone else's boundaries. her mind wouldn't comprehend it, it just got angry and defensive😆
Despite his somewhat extreme reaction, Sheldon was in the right here. Besides, who tf takes food off of someone else's plate without permission because they were hungry while having food they ordered themselves right in front of them. Penny was trash in the earlier seasons.
What do u mean craziness the guy is right why the hell will you touch my food especially a girl how is a freeloader like penny come on from all the episodes this is the one I hated the most because of penny acting like a lil bitch i hate women like that they think they are pretty and just because of that the think they have the right to act the way they do 🤢🤮
He’s not crazy in this episode. When you enter someone’s residence, you don’t take their food without asking. Especially if you already have your own food right in front of you. Also if he has a place where he prefers to sit that should be respected by the guests. I mean, it’s his apartment
@@daphnegrass9579 Eh...you're entitled to your own taste I guess but I quite enjoyed the inclusion of the girls, especially in the final two seasons. It would have been super boring and weird if they didn't grow as characters...especially after 12 years. Did you really expect them to remain perpetual man-childs? I thought Penny, Amy and Bernadette were enjoyable and helped Leonard, Sheldon and Howard finally become men instead of little autistic boys trapped in adult bodies.
So basically you didn't like her just because she took a stupid onion ring and she is not like rest of the dudes and y'all complain about misogyny ? Sick people
@@taevlicious162 no It’s his home, his food. You don’t touch someone’s food. Especially if the person has smth like autism. It’s disrespectful and unhygienic
It's kinda funny that they actually thought they had a real chance with one of those models! Especially, Howard! It always made me laugh because he was so creepy and by looking up their addresses. They were going to find them. Lol! Eventually, like everyone. They have to grow abd good thing Howard grew. Because he wasn't going to end up very well. Lol!
To be fair it was Leonard’s fault. If she ate the onion ring, Sheldon wouldn’t have thrown it away. But he told her to put it back lol like Sheldon said “you put it back and compromised the integrity of the other onion rings”
Yeah thats very true. But he has had some weird moments like when he threw his bag of food in the trash but still took it after to eat lol granted the food itself wasn’t dirty as it was in a plastic bag but i didn’t expect him to take it lol
I always hated Penny. She used Leonard to get stuff done, then she played with his feelings and her stupid actions make Sheldon mad. And she rarely feels sorry, otherwise she try to justify her stupid actions
I mean is Sheldon wrong about the show being bad and unethical? Penny Is the only one enjoying it for what it is…and it’s because she knows it’s a horrible show. Howard and Raj like it because they can use it to stalk people
Maybe it's the fact that girls annoy me to begin with but damn did she push my buttons in this episode. Comes over to watch their TV, gets free food, doesn't wash her hands before "eating", touches someone else's food when she has her own in front of her, has an attitude the entire time, grabs a free water from their fridge n then sits in his spot (which everyone knows is his) n then shoots even more attitude at him. Ugh, girls. 🤦♀️
Sheldon had a point in the food department. But other than that the strikes, the classes? Was that really necessary? Or is it just to satisfy sheldons ego? If he clearly has problems with the free food and WiFi then tell her off and talk to Leonard about it.
@@ThaFuzzwood None are "primary tenant" if he was, he would be a lot more insufferable. But again even if he was the one who invited her was Leonard so he is the host
The fuck? Already rude touching someone's food knowing he's germaphobic but you're going to "take a stand" when he tells you to move in a seat that's his house? Seems like Penny is in the wrong here.
Lol half are like "geez sheldon is overreacting its just an onion ring" while the other half os like "penny mooches off their wifi, food and now tv and even got help with rent and can't just leave sheldon's food and spot alone"
As a guy. I don't blame Sheldon for Penny touching his food. If someone is touching my food I get upset. I even get upset when my Mother touches my food. And that's no joke. One time they had these really huge pudding cups! And my Mom was about to take a bite but as she scooped up a bite of pudding from her spoon I grabbed her wrist before she can even get a sliver of pudding and I said no but I would be happy to buy her own. But all she said was she wanted one bite of someone's. And I still told her no for me. I was about 18 at the time now I'm 20. Lol
That's...incredibly selfish of you. Seriously messed up. You actually manhandled your mother to stop her from taking one bite of your food?? So what if you offered to buy her one; you said it was huge, and she just wanted a taste. Be a better person, geez. It's your mom! You can always get more food.
Amazingly, all here commenting about how Penny is wrong. Did anyone notice, Sheldon's rude behaviour towards Leonard. He bought the dinner, and Sheldon demands the specific order as if sitting in a Hotel. Wow.
Leonard has no self esteem and lets Sheldon walk all over him. Sheldon states very clearly in a different episode that he uses other people as his tools, and at this point he has no insight as to why that's bad. It's part of the character development throughout the show, that Leonard learns to value himself and Sheldon learns to value others.
@@sheerayb Agreed! I expected others to have same line of thought for Penny. Penny just took the Onion ring Vs Sheldon barge in the Bedroom, LeoPenny private space. Which one is worse ?
