this Sai Deepak guy man ...... perhaps we are looking at the next top gun in Indian judiciary .... the arguments that he has for his young age are like from the mind of a legal luminary who has an experience of decades under his belt........
Sai deepak u r a brillent ...I bow u...very well researched person with simple personality...We lyk to see u further discusn's in future..rstv pls invite such type panelists...Tq rstv...
J Sai Deepak deserves to be more on the show... And Frank as the permanent host just look at the way he handled the potential derailing to singling out each other.. "no names taken" nice one Frank
How did Mr. Aman Sinha became a Senior Advocate at Supreme Court? He basically repeated the same sentence. Highly vague reasoning and a sub par orrator with a nagging attitude suits a 4 year disgruntled boy. Deepak and Prasanna were sublime.
I feel that people who are politically affiliated and participate in debate just to protect their party without contributing anything to debate must not be allowed.
summary 1.can be applied in parallel cases like defamation , declaration of defaulters, aadhar , A-377 2. RTP A F.RIGHT under A-21 ( subject to reasonable restrictions), privacy belongs to all, makes it outside power of legislature to substantially change. 3.may clash with DIGITAL INDIA scheme, aadhar 4.may change views on several parts of constitution. 5.privacy vs national security (need balance-- case by case basis) 6.questions possible commercial applications of AADHAR 7. 9 judge bench ruling
Both Prasanna and Sai Deepak are very articulate, but their smile at 11:15 kind of gives away their true feelings: they want Aadhar to be defunct. I don't know if they're leftist idealogues, but if Aadhar is upheld (like it's founder and advocate Nandan Nilekani expects it to be - not this "evil BJP" gov't) ... .. what will the Left do? I'm not trying to start a fight, I'm just simply wondering-the Left are not known to back down
By declaring Right to Privacy as fundamental right, SC restraints Govt in using public information. Though every right is not absolute, people can now demand more security for their database in both govt and private platforms.
Dont call politics affilated ppl on rstv..we already hear enough of them on other private channels..we need to hear some good debate on rstv..pls dnt defeat the purpose of rstv which we look forward to
Ok.. I am skipping the video after 11 mins. I come to this channel for information and analysis, not to see a political justification. Try to give people like Sinha less time- they spoil it for everyone.
i think RSTV is on the way of LSTV politically affiliated person should not be allowed like Aman sinha it seems that sappal went and naidu's pressure have come
diwakar mishra fair and free discussion in tenure of anshari's u all have enjoyed ,would nevr get till this govt. will exist. as for as money is concern i dont know all about those and not try to know too b/c i limit myself till discussion and reports for which it is running
I don't know how the people like aman Sinha become a senior advocate and that too of Supreme Court....does not even understand what the question is...repeatedly saying the same thing again and again. the question was if right to privacy was a fundamental right or not...once a right is designated the status of fundamental right, it automatically becomes subjected to reasonable restrictions....
Attorney general was always of the view that RTP not a FR. Mr. Sinha just for govt. defense here. Showed his ego in rejecting fellow panelists (who were factually correct) with baseless points.
why is aman sinha deviating the issue?; repeatedly talking about whether a FR is absolute and sacrosanct or not. Hasn't he studied in law that there seldom exists any absolute right?
Shitty grumpy attitude of Aman Sinha, i fear that somday BJP may even possess SC the way they are using their muscle into every matter. Except Good governance, BJP is involved into everything, God save India from any wrath of such corrupt people
I completely agree with you Yash. It was just a doubt wandering in mind that s why i questioned. right to privacy as declared by SC is a fundamental right but not an absolute right. Hence reasonable restrictions will accompany it surely, Let Us wait for the Parliament Law making on this aspect...
What I feel is for discussions on such matters - Politically motivated speakers should be avoided as far as possible. With all due respect - Mr.Sinha couldnt bring even one important point to the discussion.
Mr. Sinha you keep on lying and the SC will keep on cuttingyour feathers, may be in the next debate he would say Aadhaar is a UPA scheme and we were against it first day. May be he shall also show Mr. current PM's april 2014 tweet on aadhaar
Aman sinha is talking like a hallucinated and hypnotized BJP bhakt...Not a single genuine or real argument just beating around the bush in classic bhakt style....
