I love it also, but the price seems really steep, even for a home in Beverly Hills, especially considering the fact that while it's palatial it's the smallest home on this list. It's incredible tho
@@LuxuryEmpire24K ur right about the property draw, it isn't often you get that much acreage with a property in Beverly Hills. It's usually an acre or less. Sometimes you'll get 2-3, but that's rare. Even when there technically is more land they usually can't really access it due to it being a hillside. When there is the capability to build up the property to have more usable surface area to say it cost an arm & a leg is an understatement
