Mexico is geographically incredible. I went from Australia to live there 20 years ago and was just stunned by the constant change of scenery. Listening to Alaska in your videos made me long to own a Honda CRF 300L and now I finally have one of my own. I hope to duplicate the length of your day trips someday. I live in the north coast of Spain 200 km from the French border. The moment you step the other side everything remains the same (people, landscape, arquitecture...) but the language changes and I can't undestand basically anything. In this video everything is different and exotic to me. Different people, different landscape, differentent villages...It is a shokc to me being able to completelly understand people when they speak.

The Spaniards brought deseases and war that killed the indigenous/Mayan people. On top of that many of these large communities/cities got too large to feed their populations. So it was a combination of ignorance, evil, and lack of food that made these civilizations to vanish. The indigenous populations of central and South America was their unique version of the European stone-ages. Visiting the remains of these cities are amazing if you have a little bit of knowledge about their living conditions. Just as you do, Noraly.
