My family bought the billiwhack ranch 2 years ago. The whole basement has been explored and the buildings are being renovated. I can confirm that there are a few weird rooms down in the basement but they are meant for machinery used in the dairy. There are occasionally people snooping around at night and trying to enter that are seen on our security cameras, so if you are planning to do that please dont.

Cool video Rikki! I am glad you had help on this one. I keep getting more intrigued. There is no telling what our government did after WWI and WWII. I live in between an arsenal at Edgewood, Maryland and a Proving Ground in Aberdeen, Maryland. I have heard horrific stories about the "top secret" things that went on in those two places. I will tell you that the cancer rate in high for obvious reasons. It would not surprise me at all about the monsters created. You know how much we took from the Germans after WWII. Secret deals for their scientists to come work in the United States. I think one of those guys helped get us to the moon faster than the Soviets. Anyway just saying that are things are possible even if we cant see them. Okay enough I sound crazy. I guess I should prepare for the feds to come take me. lol Keep up the awesome videos! My Dad took a carload of kids (9-10 yr. olds) out to the "haunted dairy" around '65. Very scary, even in the daytime. The main building was like a huge banquet room. High on the wall was a stained glass Star of David...So probably no Nazi connection here. There was a staircase leading to an underground room...my Dad dared us to go down and open the door. No one had the nerve to go more than five steps...haha! Great memories. Thanks for video...gonna go check out Char Man!

Wow! I am so sorry about your Daughter. I can not imagine. I am as insecure about putting myself out there as anybody. I am not the same guy as I was 20 years ago or more and people go looking for any flaw in me they can find and there are many! I just try and be honest and put out what excites me. I keep an eye on what is trending, but if I did videos about that stuff I know I'd look stupid and fall flat on my ass! My channel is small and RU-vid is a hard one. I have 41k followers on Twitter, 38k on Instagram and two Face book pages apps 18k each and I still struggle with RU-vid. IOt's crazy how much content is out there. But, I am slowly being accepted in the RU-vid community and the larger population is fantastic! Good luck and I'll subscribe!

At the time it destroyed me and my family. Now 43 I know I am def not the person I was 20 years ago,hell 2 years ago. The most prolific changes came thru loss for me. She taught me so much,awakened me to what this life is really about. What I wanted or my goals..everything has changed. The lens of a camera has been a really powerful outlet for me,the desire to share with others,living from an awakened state. While I love the enormous amounts of info,content out there it can be extremely intimidating..wanting to provide something authentic I suppose is key..even if its not unique..authenticity goes along way and you cant fake it. You def have that. I think sharing the imperfections and your whole person is beautiful. The ones meant to find you will,and they will be your people..lol.Keep Rockin!!

The story about the OSS is half true? Actually the OSS and the Army Aircorps used the dairy/ ranch as intelligence outpost, mostly developing film taken from the battlefield. If you need more info let me know. Take care. Hawk out!!

Too bad you couldn't get inside, but clearly they don't want anyone inside! Years ago I worked at Cal State Channel Islands and there were always people breaking into to one of the buildings that was sectioned off and boarded up because it used to be a mental hospital. The police had to kind of hang out around there at night. I'm not sure if they ever did anything with that building or if its still there boarded up.... Cool video.

Rikki, that audio interference of your audio in the beginning of your video is Spirit interference. In my investigations I have had this issue however, only happens on digital video. There is another Spirit investigator w a RU-vid channel called Ghosts Of Caramel Maine. He gets interference quite often in his Haunted home. I just found your channel and really dig what you are doing. Rowland of RSS
